• Shandong Dongyue Green Cold Technology Co., Ltd  On October 13th, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Zibo City announced that Shandong Dongyue Green Cold Technology Co., Ltd. has invested 13 million RMB to build a 100 t/a difluoroethyl acetate pilot project in its northern factory area, which has been approved. The project uses R142b high boiling point as raw material to produce difluoroethyl acetate and produces sodium chloride as a byproduct. The pilot period is 2 years and is expected to start in December 2026. The produced materials are only used as test samples and will not be sold as external commodities.

• Fujian Huayi San Ai Fu Fu You New Materials Co., Ltd  On October 14th, the Ecology and Environment Bureau of Nanping City approved the implementation of a total investment of 225.5823 million RMB for the renovation and expansion project by Fujian Huayi Sanaifu Fluoroyou New Materials Co., Ltd. in the Jintang Industrial Park of Shaowu. The construction period is 24 months, and after completion, the annual output will be 400 tons of K-type perfluoropolyether, 400 tons of hexafluorobutadiene, 956 tons of hexafluorodichlorocyclohexane, and 824 tons of zinc chloride solution.

• Zhejiang Kangyuan Chemical Co., Ltd  On October 16th, Zhejiang Kangyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. announced the environmental impact assessment of its annual production of 10kt perfluorinated series products renovation project. The project is located in Quzhou Intelligent Manufacturing New City, with an investment of 50 million RMB. The project aims to expand production through technological upgrades on the existing equipment, which can be flexibly switched to achieve an annual production of 10kt perfluorinated ketone or 8kt hexafluoropropylene dimer+2kt hexafluoropropylene trimer as needed.

• Chongqing Jialihe New Material Technology Co., Ltd  Zhejiang Sanmei Chemical Holdings holds 69.9286% of Chongqing Jialihe New Materials, and its fluorine chemical integration phase I 200000 t/a caustic soda, methane chloride, and tetrachloroethylene technical renovation project has been put into trial production; The energy-saving report for the second phase project was approved in March 2026, with plans to construct 50000 t/a of R152a, 15000 t/a of trifluoroacetic acid, and 5000 t/a of trifluoroacetic acid ethyl ester. The first and second phases are planned to invest 1.1 billion RMB and 1.09 billion yuan respectively, with a construction period of 2 years. There are also three phases of projects that were not previously planned.

• Fujian Yaxin Electronic Materials Co., Ltd  The Ecological Environment Bureau of Sanming City has publicly approved the expansion project of Fujian Yaxin Electronic Materials with a total investment of 218.68 million RMB. The project is located in the Fluorine New Materials Industrial Park in Qingliu County and will add 40000 t/a of flexible electronic grade hydrogen fluoride production capacity (15000 tons of high-purity HF and 25000 tons of 49% electronic hydrofluoric acid), while producing by-products such as hydrofluoric acid, fluorosilicic acid, and gypsum slag.

• Zhejiang Fanghua Chemical Co., Ltd   Zhejiang Fanghua Chemical has announced the environmental impact assessment of a new core intermediate project with an annual output of 8200 tons in Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a total investment of 404.168 million RMB. Based on the existing factory construction, the products include isophthalic chloride, trifluoromethanesulfonyl chloride, oxime ether NTBN， At the same time, by-products such as hydrochloric acid, sodium hypochlorite, ammonia water, and sodium sulfate are expected to generate an average annual tax revenue of 1091.808 million RMB and a total profit of 154.4913 million yuan after reaching production capacity.

• Ganzhou Novovis Isotope Electronic Materials Co., Ltd   The Longnan Ecological Environment Bureau of Ganzhou City plans to approve and publicize the Ganzhou Novovis Isotope Electronic Material New Project, located in Longnan Economic Development Zone, with a total investment of 1.026 billion RMB and a construction period from July 2026 to January 2029. The project will use physical separation methods and produce 7300 kilograms of boron trifluoride B11 isotope annually after completion.

• Zhejiang Binger New Refrigerant Co., Ltd  On October 21st, Qujiang Branch of Quzhou Ecological Environment Bureau issued a notice, agreeing in principle to the conclusion of the environmental impact assessment report for Zhejiang Binger New Refrigerant Co., Ltd.'s new technological renovation project (annual mixing and packaging of 10000 tons of new environmentally friendly high-purity refrigerants) located in the GA202310 plot of the Jiuli Industrial Functional Zone in Qujiang District, with a total investment of 66 million RMB and a planned construction of Plant 2.

• Daikin New Materials (Changshu) Co., Ltd  On October 22nd, the first public announcement of the environmental impact assessment was made for the expansion project of Daikin New Materials (Changshu) Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 500 tons of modified polytetrafluoroethylene. The project is located within the existing factory area at No. 28 Haikang Road, Changshu New Materials Industrial Park, Jiangsu Province, and does not require additional land. Instead, a polymerization production line and supporting facilities will be added to the reserved area of the factory area, with an additional capacity of 500 tons per year for modified polytetrafluoroethylene.

• Sichuan Zhongfu Taihua New Material Technology Co., Ltd  On October 21st, Fuhua Shangwei disclosed on the interactive platform that its controlling subsidiary Sichuan Zhongfu Taihua, located in the Wutongqiao Chemical Industrial Park in Leshan, invested nearly 1 billion RMB in the first phase of the key fluorine chemical PVDF industry chain project in Sichuan Province (60000 tons of electronic grade anhydrous hydrogen fluoride and 70000 tons of C5 grade semiconductor grade electronic grade hydrofluoric acid), is expected to be completed and put into trial production this quarter due to the delayed progress of the plan adjustment. The company will promote the dual wheel drive of "special cables+electronic chemicals" by increasing its controlling stake in Zhongfu Taihua, and achieve a year-on-year increase of 113.92% in revenue of 2.021 billion RMB in the first three quarters of 2026, turning losses into profits.
