• Inner Mongolia Hongde Mining Co., Ltd  The 500000 t/a fluorite beneficiation plant project of Inner Mongolia Hongde Mining has a total investment of 60 million RMB, covering an area of 35000 square meters, and will be constructed in two phases. It will adopt integrated intelligent beneficiation technology to produce high-end fluorite concentrate, promote the green and high-end development of the fluorite industry, and drive local employment and supporting industries. The project will start construction in September 2025, and the first production line will be put into operation in June 2026. It now has a processing capacity of 300000 t/a of ore. The second production line is waiting to be electrified and debugged, and is expected to be fully completed in mid to late 2027.

• Xinzhimi Semiconductor Materials (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd  On September 30th, Xinzhimi Semiconductor Materials (Jiangsu) announced the completion and environmental protection acceptance information of its new project of perfluoroether rubber and fluororubber seals located in Qidong High tech Zone, Nantong. The total investment of the project is 100 million RMB, and idle factory buildings will be leased for construction. After completion, it will produce 1 million perfluoroether rubber seals and 1 million fluororubber seals annually. The project was approved in June 2026, obtained environmental impact assessment approval in August, completed construction and commissioning in September, and carried out acceptance monitoring. The equipment is operating normally and the production capacity meets the requirements of the environmental impact assessment. The construction situation is basically consistent with the environmental impact assessment and approval.

• Ruyuan Dongyangguang Fluororesin Co., Ltd  On October 8th, the environmental impact assessment report for the post-treatment technical renovation project of Ruyuan Dongyangguang Fluororesin PVDF was accepted and publicly announced. The project is located within the existing factory area of Guangdong Ruyuan New Materials Industrial Park, with a total investment of 35 million RMB, and belongs to a technological renovation project; Two sets of spray drying devices were added, and the original 10000 t/a PVDF production capacity of 7000 t/a was changed from flash drying to spray drying, and the remaining 3000 t/a continued to use the flash drying process.

• Yichang Jingneng Fuxin Materials Co., Ltd   On September 30th, the draft of the environmental impact assessment report for the annual production of 25000 tons of special fluorosilicon new materials project by Yichang Jingneng Rich New Materials was publicly released for comments. The expansion project is located in Tianjiahe Chemical Industry Zone, Baiyang Industrial Park, Yichang High tech Zone, with a total investment of 143.2457 million RMB and a construction period of 22 months. It will be constructed using 35 acres of reserved land on the west side of the factory area; The product includes 20000 tons of silicon-based water reducing agent, 2000 tons of high-purity silicon dioxide, 2000 tons of adsorption grade sodium fluoride, and 1000 tons of high-purity potassium fluoride.

• Hubei Yihua  On October 9th, Hubei Yihua announced that its joint venture subsidiary, Hubei Yihua Fluorochemicals (with Hubei Yihua holding 51% of the shares and Duofu holding 49% of the shares), will construct a wet process phosphoric acid supporting 2 × 30000 t/a anhydrous hydrogen fluoride project in Yaojiagang Chemical Park in Yichang in two phases, with a total investment of 514.5 million RMB. The first phase of the 30000 t/a anhydrous hydrogen fluoride plant has been approved for production; The implementation time of the second phase is yet to be determined, and will be combined with prudent market decision-making. The project aims to implement the protection of the Yangtze River, promote the cascade utilization of phosphorus and fluorine resources, and upgrade the industry.

• Shandong Dongyue Future Hydrogen Energy Materials Co., Ltd  On October 8th, the environmental impact assessment report for the 12000 t/a semiconductor grade PFA expansion project of Shandong Dongyue Future Hydrogen Materials was accepted and published by the Zibo Ecological Environment Bureau. The project is located in Dongyue Fluorosilicon Materials Industrial Park, Huantai County, with a newly constructed building of approximately 15000 square meters, equipped with PFA production and post-treatment equipment. After completion, it will produce 12000 tons of semiconductor grade meltable polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) annually and is planned to be completed by August 2030.

• Fujian Haidefu New Materials Co., Ltd  On October 9th, the first public announcement of the environmental impact assessment report for the renovation and expansion project of Fujian Haidefu New Materials Fluorinated Fine Chemicals Production Line was made. The project is located in Shaowu City, Nanping, and belongs to renovation and expansion. No new land will be added, and it will be implemented based on existing workshops; The adjusted production capacity is 5100 tons of fluorine-containing fine chemicals per year, and the original environmental impact assessment scale was 5500 tons.

• Fujian Yaxin Electronic Materials Co., Ltd  On October 9th, the Ecology and Environment Bureau of Sanming City announced the proposed approval for the expansion project of Fujian Yaxin Electronic Materials' annual production of 40000 tons of electronic grade hydrogen fluoride. The project is located in the Fluorine New Materials Industrial Park in Qingliu County, with a total investment of 218.68 million RMB. It adopts flexible production and plans to produce 40000 tons of electronic grade hydrogen fluoride (including 15000 tons/year of 99.999% high-purity HF) and 50000 t/a of electronic grade hydrofluoric acid annually, while producing by-products such as hydrofluoric acid, fluorosilicic acid, and gypsum slag.

• Pingjiang Dingrui Mining Co., Ltd  On October 8th, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Yueyang City accepted and published the environmental impact assessment report for the newly-built 30000 ton annual processing of fluorite ore beneficiation project by Dingrui Mining in Pingjiang County. The project is located in Pingjiang County, Yueyang, with a total investment of 50 million RMB. It will construct one beneficiation production line, process 200 tons of ore per day, and produce 150 days of fluorite concentrate per year.

• Fujian Puxin Fluorine Materials Co., Ltd  On October 10th, the environmental impact assessment of the new electrolyte technology renovation project with an annual output of 200000 tons of Fujian Puxin Fluorine Materials was announced. The project is located in the Fluorine New Materials Industrial Park in Qingliu County, and belongs to renovation and expansion. The total investment is 791.9 million yuan (42 million RMB for environmental protection investment, accounting for 5.3%), and the expected annual output value is about 6.1 billion RMB; Add 12000 t/a of lithium fluoride and 200000 t/a of new electrolyte (divided into two phases, each with 100000 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate electrolyte), with a construction period from July 2026 to July 2030. There is also a 5000 t/a sodium hexafluorophosphate production line originally belonging to Zhongxin Fluoromaterial Gaobao Technology, which will be transferred to Puxin Fluoromaterial as an existing project in October 2026.

• Hunan Huachun Materials Technology Co., Ltd  On October 12th, the environmental impact assessment report for Hunan Huachun Materials Technology's annual production of 3000 tons of battery grade lithium fluoride project was publicly announced for approval. The project is located in the existing factory area of Youxian High tech Zone, Zhuzhou, and is a renovation and expansion project with a total investment of 40 million RMB; Based on the idle workshops and old production lines in the factory area, we will implement the "new leading the old" transformation and synchronously transform the tank area. After completion, we will produce 3000 tons of battery grade lithium fluoride annually, 6559.02 tons of ammonium chloride and 51.536 tons of industrial grade lithium fluoride as by-products.

• Shandong Dongyue Green Cold Technology Co., Ltd  On October 13th, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Zibo City publicly approved the construction of a 100 t/a difluoroethyl acetate pilot project for Shandong Dongyue Green Cold. The project is located in its northern factory area, with a total investment of 13 million RMB. It uses the high boiling point of the existing R142b unit as raw material to produce difluoroethyl acetate and by-product sodium chloride; The pilot production capacity is 100 t/a, and the product is only used as a test sample and not sold to the public. The pilot cycle is 2 years, and it is planned to start in December 2026.
