• Ruyuan Dongyangguang Fluoride Co., Ltd  On September 11th, the Development and Reform Bureau of Shaoguan City approved in principle the energy-saving report for the 16000 t/a R32 expansion project of Ruyuan Dongyangguang Fluoride Co., Ltd. The project is located in the existing factory area of Ruyuan and will be implemented through capacity replacement. It will acquire a total of 16000 t/a of approved R32 production capacity from two companies, rather than adding to the industry's total production capacity. The project will be equipped with R32 production and auxiliary equipment. After the completion of the project, the company's entire plant will have a production capacity of 56000 t/a for R32, 250000 t/a for R1252, 10000 t/a for R134a, and 500 t/a for R116.

• Ningxia Wanbo Biotechnology Co., Ltd  On September 11th, the first public announcement was made for the annual production of 1000 tons of ethyl difluorobromoacetate and 1200 tons of by-product ammonium sulfate by Ningxia Wanbo Biotechnology. The project is located in Pingluo Industrial Park, Shizuishan City, and belongs to a technological transformation project. It relies on the existing warehouse renovation to construct a production line, and synchronously supports public auxiliary, environmental protection, and storage and transportation related facilities.

• Zhejiang Zhongning Silicon Industry Co., Ltd  The environmental impact assessment of the renovation and expansion project of Zhejiang Zhongning Silicon Industry has been publicly announced. The project is located in the existing factory area of Quzhou Intelligent Manufacturing New City, with a total investment of 12 million RMB. Add a 100t/a fluorine nitrogen mixed gas production line to the project, renovate the existing ethylsilane unit, and add supporting equipment for filling trisilane; After completion, the production capacity will be 200t/a for fluorine nitrogen mixture, 20t/a for ethylsilane, and 5t/a for propane silane filling. The project will dismantle the original hydrogen production unit and replace hydrogen with external supply.

• Linwu Guangyuan Fluorite Co., Ltd  On September 10th, the second public announcement was made for the renovation and expansion project of the annual processing of 250000 tons of fluorite beneficiation in Linwu Guangyuan. The project is located in Huatang Township, Linwu County, with a total investment of 31 million RMB. The original 250 ton/day tailings recovery fluorite project has been shut down and the equipment has been dismantled; This renovation and expansion will add a daily processing capacity of 833 tons (250000 tons per year) of fluorite ore/waste rock production line, producing fluorite concentrate and sulfur concentrate. Approximately 561 tons of tungsten containing heavy minerals will be sold as intermediate materials each year, not included in the product.

• Jingdezhen Fuxiang Life Technology Co., Ltd  On September 11th, the second public announcement of the environmental impact assessment for the 20000 ton FEC project of Jingdezhen Fuxiang Life Science and Technology was made. The project is located in Yushan Pharmaceutical Industrial Park, Jingdezhen Ceramic Industrial Park, and belongs to renovation and expansion with a total investment of 434.4094 million RMB. Based on the addition of new equipment in the existing workshop area, the production capacity after completion will be 10000 t/a of ethylene carbonate and 20000 t/a of fluorinated ethylene carbonate (FEC), with an annual disposal capacity of 6000 tons of hazardous waste. It is expected to be put into operation in October 2027.

• Luoyang Yingli New Materials Co., Ltd  On September 10th, the Ecology and Environment Bureau of Luoyang City approved and released the environmental impact assessment report for the expansion project of Luoyang Yingli New Materials with an annual output of 20000 tons of high-purity high molecular weight cryolite. The project is located in Huayang Park, Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone, Mengjin District, with a total investment of 10 million RMB. It relies on its own existing factory equipment, leases some factory buildings, and acquires equipment to renovate and construct a 20000 t/a high-purity high molecular weight cryolite production line.

• Changzhi Huojia Industrial Co., Ltd  On September 15th, the second public announcement of the environmental impact assessment for the 10000 t/a PVDF technical renovation project of Changzhi Huojia Industrial Expansion was made. The project is located in the existing factory area of the company and is a renovation and expansion project with a total investment of 80 million RMB. It will be accompanied by the construction of VDF cracking, polymerization packaging, and incineration units. The newly added production capacity includes R142b 10000 t/a, VDF 11000 t/a, and PVDF 10000 t/a; After expansion, the entire factory has a production capacity of 28000 t/a for R142b, 22000 t/a for VDF, and 20000 t/a for PVDF.

• Hubei Heyuan New Materials Co., Ltd  On September 17th, the first public announcement of the environmental impact assessment for the expansion of electronic grade nitrogen trifluoride project by Hubei Heyuan New Materials was made. The project is located in Zone B of Yaojiagang Chemical Industrial Park in Yichang, and belongs to an expansion project with a total investment of 266.606 million RMB. The project will be implemented on the existing land, renovating the existing 500t/a electronic grade nitrogen trifluoride plant and filling system, constructing new purification and other main facilities, as well as bundle vehicle filling stations. Some public auxiliary and environmental protection facilities will rely on the existing facilities; After completion, the production capacity of electronic grade nitrogen trifluoride will reach 2500 tons per year.

• Shandong Dongyue Green Cold Technology Co., Ltd  On September 18th, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Zibo City announced its intention to approve the environmental impact assessment of the 100 t/a difluoroethyl acetate pilot project of Shandong Dongyue Green Cold Technology. The project is located in the northern factory area of the enterprise and is a new pilot project with a total investment of 13 million RMB. No new land will be added, and a 100 t/a difluoroethyl acetate pilot plant will be constructed. The main product and by-product sodium chloride produced by the project are only used for experimental verification and customer sample delivery, and are not sold to the public; The pilot period is 2 years, and it is expected to start in December 2026. After the trial is completed, the device will be purged and sealed.

• Zhejiang Zhongyuan Gas Co., Ltd  On September 20th, the Quzhou Ecological Environment Bureau approved and publicly released the environmental impact assessment report for the Zhejiang Zhongyuan Gas New (Relocation) Project. The project is located in the Donggang area of Quzhou Intelligent Manufacturing New City, with a total investment of 356.6855 million RMB. New land will be purchased, old equipment will be phased out, and filling and supporting facilities will be constructed. The project design filling scale includes electronic special gas, mixed gas, new refrigerant, and industrial gas. Due to limitations in raw materials and technology, some products are sold through external procurement and storage operation mode. The actual self-produced filling capacity is 69178 t/a for electronic special gas, 4529 t/a for mixed gas, 47000 t/a for new refrigerant, and 15000 t/a for industrial gas.

• Hunan Huachun Materials Technology Co., Ltd  On September 21st, the draft environmental impact assessment report for Hunan Huachun Materials Technology's annual production of 3000 tons of battery grade lithium fluoride project was publicly released for comments. The project is located in the existing factory area of Youxian High tech Zone and belongs to renovation and expansion, with a total investment of 40 million RMB. The project relies on the existing workshop to add a battery grade lithium fluoride production line, utilizing the existing production line to produce industrial grade lithium fluoride as a byproduct, and supporting the renovation of the tank area and the reconstruction of the liquid ammonia storage tank area; After completion, it will produce 3000 tons of battery grade lithium fluoride annually, 655.653 tons of ammonium chloride and 51.579 tons of industrial grade lithium fluoride as by-products.

• Yihua, Hubei  On September 2nd, Hubei Yihua announced that the company's board of directors has agreed to invest in the construction of a 150000 t/a iron phosphate project by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hubei Yihua New Energy Technology. The project will be located in Zone B of Yaojiagang Chemical Park in Yichang, with a total investment of approximately 1.152 billion RMB and a construction period of 24 months. The company relies on its own resources and park supporting facilities to layout the new energy materials industry chain, with a long-term planned production capacity of 1 million t/a for iron phosphate.
