• Fujian Yongjing Technology Co., Ltd  On August 13th, the Ecology and Environment Bureau of Nanping City approved the drug intermediate renovation and expansion project of Fujian Yongjing Technology Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 70 million RMB. The project is located in the Jintang Industrial Park in Shaowu, relying on existing workshops and adding some equipment to build multiple drug intermediate production lines, forming a total production capacity of various products such as sitagliptin intermediate and 4-chloroacetoacetate ethyl ester.

• Shandong Dongyue Future Hydrogen Energy Materials Co., Ltd  On August 17th, the Huantai Branch of Zibo Ecological Environment Bureau made a public announcement of the proposed approval for the 300000 ㎡/a PTFE microporous membrane project of Shandong Dongyue Future Hydrogen Energy Materials. The project is a new construction with a total investment of 8 million RMB, using the reserved area in the M205 workshop of the southern factory area to purchase equipment, using PTFE longitudinal tension tape as raw material, with an annual output of 300000 square meters of PTFE microporous membrane.

• Yongtai Technology  On the evening of August 17th, Yongtai Technology announced the progress of the project. The trial production plan for Inner Mongolia Yongtai Chemical's 6666.6 ton VC production line, a wholly-owned subsidiary, passed expert review on August 15th and meets the conditions for trial production. The overall project plan includes 25000 tons of VC and 5000 tons of FEC lithium battery additives, to be constructed in stages. After the previous 5000 ton VC production line, the 6666.6 ton VC production line has started trial production, and the company's total VC production capacity will be increased to 16666.6 tons per year.

• Shaowu Yonghe Jintang New Materials Co., Ltd  On August 17th, the full text of the environmental impact assessment for the expansion project of Shaowu Yonghe Jintang New Materials with an annual output of 800 tons of ethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer was announced. The project is located in the existing factory area of Shaowu Jintang Industrial Park, with a total investment of 85 million RMB and a construction period of 24 months. By using the existing factory building to add polymerization reactors and other related equipment, an additional 800 t/a of ethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer production capacity will be added.

• Liaoning Dongxin Chemical Technology Co., Ltd  On August 18th, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Fuxin City issued a proposed approval and public announcement for the Liaoning Dongxin Chemical Technology's annual production of 1500 tons of perfluorinated series new materials project. The project is a renovation and expansion project with a total investment of 250 million RMB, located in the Fuxin Fluorine Industry Development Zone. After completion, it can produce various perfluorinated new materials products such as perfluorotributylamine, perfluorohexane, and perfluoron-propyl vinyl ether, with a total production capacity of 1500 tons.

• Inner Mongolia Xinghan New Materials Co., Ltd  Inner Mongolia Xinghan New Materials (formerly Inner Mongolia Xinghan Fluorochemicals) is a national high-tech enterprise established in November 2017. It focuses on the research and development of fluorine chemicals and holds multiple patents for the preparation of fluorine salts. The total investment for the fluoride salt project in Alxa High tech Industrial Development Zone is 61 million RMB, with a planned annual production of 15000 tons of potassium fluorosilicate, 5000 tons of sodium fluorosilicate, 5000 tons of potassium fluorotitanate, and 5000 tons of potassium fluoroborate. The project's environmental impact assessment acceptance will be announced in October 2025, and the environmental impact assessment approval will be completed in March 2026. Currently, the main building of the project has achieved structural topping out.

• Zibo Feiyuan Chemical Co., Ltd  On August 19th, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Zibo City made a public announcement of the proposed approval for the pilot project of Zibo Feiyuan Chemical's polytrichlorofluoroethylene. The project is located in Gaoqing Chemical Industry Park, with a total investment of 6 million RMB. It is a new pilot project to construct a 100 t/a polytetrafluoroethylene pilot plant with a pilot period of 2 years. The process will be scaled up step by step to solve multiple technical problems in scaling up production and promote the industrial transformation of research and development results. After the pilot project is completed, relevant facilities need to be disposed of in compliance.

• Jiangsu Fenghua Chemical Industry Co., Ltd  On August 18th, Jiangsu Fenghua Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. conducted the first public announcement of environmental impact assessment for its herbicide technology renovation project. The project is located in the Coastal Industrial Park of Jiangsu Binhai Economic Development Zone, with a total investment of 45 million RMB. It belongs to a technological renovation project, relying on the existing 5 # workshop for implementation. After completion, it will form an annual production capacity of 500 tons of pentafluorosulfonamide, 1000 tons of fluothiamethoxam, and 2000 tons of pyrifluoroacetamide. The production will be carried out using synthesis, extraction, crystallization, solvent recovery and other processes.
