• Shandong Binnong Technology Co., Ltd  Shandong Binnong Technology Co., Ltd. On July 27th, the Shandong Department of Ecology and Environment approved the environmental impact assessment of Binnong Technology's pesticide technology renovation project. The project requires an investment of 32 million RMB to renovate the existing factory area without adding new land, and to upgrade the existing workshops and exhaust gas treatment facilities. The enterprise will reduce the original production capacity of iproxypyriprole and glufosinate ammonium, and build new production lines for pesticide active ingredients such as flupyram, fenapyr, and flupyram.

• Sanming Haisifu Chemical Co., Ltd  On July 31st, the Ecology and Environment Bureau of Sanming City approved the environmental impact assessment of the Haisifu Chemical Fluorine Material Technical Renovation Project. The total investment of the project is 20 million RMB, which belongs to the renovation and expansion project. The site is located in the industrial concentration area of Mingxi County. The enterprise has shut down the original production lines of bisphenol AF and ethyl trifluoroacetate, renovated the existing equipment, and built a 3200 ton annual production line for trifluoroacetamide series fluorine materials.

• Guizhou Sino New Materials Technology Co., Ltd  On July 30th, the environmental impact assessment of the first phase of Guizhou Sino New Materials Fluorine Material Integration Project entered the pre approval public announcement stage. The new project is located in the Qianxi Economic Development Zone Chemical Industrial Park, with a total investment of 284.56 million RMB and a construction period of 12 months. The project has a total annual output of 1500 tons of perfluoropolyether and fluorinated liquid, supporting the production of fluorine nitrogen mixture gas and by-product calcium fluoride. At the same time, production equipment and public supporting facilities such as sewage and refrigeration will be built. The self-produced fluorine nitrogen mixture gas will be used in the perfluoropolyether synthesis process.

• Zhejiang Hongfu Chemical Co., Ltd  On August 3rd, the ecological environment department of Quzhou accepted the environmental impact assessment of Zhejiang Hongfu Chemical's new construction project. The project is located in Quzhou Intelligent Manufacturing New City, with a total investment of 500.6299 million RMB and a construction period from October 2026 to September 2027. The company will construct facilities such as filling workshops, warehouses, and tank areas, with a total of 127100 tons of environmentally friendly refrigerants and cleaning agents mixed and filled annually. The products are divided into three categories: elemental refrigerants, mixed refrigerants, and cleaning agents.

• Binhua New Materials (Hubei) Co., Ltd  On August 3rd, the environmental impact assessment of the expansion project of Binhua New Materials (Hubei) with an annual output of 200000 tons of chloropropene and 200000 tons of methane chloride was publicly announced before approval. The project has landed in Songzi Lingang Industrial Park with a total investment of 1.5 billion RMB. The project will be constructed in two phases, with a production capacity of 100000 tons of chloropropene and 100000 tons of methane chloride. The first phase is expected to start construction by the end of 2026 and be put into operation in the first quarter of 2028, while the second phase is expected to start construction in 2028 and be put into operation in the first quarter of 2030. Construct and reuse existing comprehensive buildings, public and solid waste treatment facilities in the factory area, build new production facilities, raw material and finished product tank areas, environmental protection treatment facilities, and expand emergency water tanks.

• Jiangshan Xinlong Chemical Co., Ltd  On August 3rd, the second phase of the relocation and technological transformation project of Jiangshan Xinlong Chemical completed the filing approval. The project is located in the Jiangshan Economic Development Zone New Materials Park and is a relocation project with a total investment of 71.3265 million RMB. The project covers an area of 10.662 acres and includes a new factory building, quality inspection building, and Class C warehouse. After completion, it can produce 5000 tons of trifluoroacetic acid series products and 3000 tons of hexafluoropropene series products annually. The production process also produces by-products such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid.

• Fujian Yongjing Technology Co., Ltd  On August 4th, Fujian Yongjing Technology's sulfur hexafluoride expansion and technological renovation project located in Jintang Industrial Park, Shaowu, began its first environmental impact assessment public announcement. The project will expand and produce 1200 t/a of electronic grade sulfur hexafluoride, while also supporting the production of three types of chemical products: chlorotetracycline, doxycycline hydrochloride, and 3-methyl-2-aminobenzoate ethyl ester.

• Ruyuan Dongyangguang Fluoride Co., Ltd   On August 4th, Shaoguan Ecological Environment Bureau accepted the environmental impact assessment of the new R32 unit of Ruyuan Dongyangguang Fluorine. The capacity transfer project is located in Ruyuan New Materials Industrial Park with an investment of 53.4219 million RMB. A new 10000 t/a R32 production line will be built, and after completion, the total R32 production capacity of the enterprise will be increased to 40000 tons per year.

• Xinzhimi Semiconductor Materials (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd  On August 4th, the Qidong Data Bureau announced its intention to approve the construction project of Xinzhimi Semiconductor Materials. The total investment of the project is 100 million yuan, and idle factory buildings will be leased for construction. After completion, it can produce 1 million pieces of perfluoroether rubber seals and 1 million pieces of fluororubber seals annually.

• Fujian Sanming Jinfu Chemical Technology Co., Ltd  On August 5th, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Sanming City announced its intention to approve the environmental impact assessment of the expansion project of Fujian Sanming Jinfu Chemical Industry. The expansion project is located in Huangsha New Materials Circular Economy Industrial Park, with a total investment of 30 million RMB.After completion, it will produce a total of 100 tons of fluorine-containing high-end fine chemicals annually, including trifluoromethanesulfonamide, sodium trifluoromethanesulfonate, trifluoromethanesulfonic acid, and by-product ammonium sulfate. It will also optimize the layout of high-purity antimony pentafluoride and graphite fluoride production lines and improve supporting environmental protection facilities.

• Fujian Huayi San Ai Fu Fu You New Materials Co., Ltd  On August 5th, the environmental impact assessment draft for the renovation and expansion of two major fluorine chemical projects located in the Jintang Industrial Park of Shaowu, Fujian Huayi Sanaifu Fluoroyou New Materials, was released for public consultation. The total investment was 225.5823 million RMB and the construction period was 24 months. The project utilizes the reserved area in the factory to layout the production line, without the need to build a new factory building. After expansion, it will produce 400 tons of K-type perfluoropolyether and 400 tons of hexafluorobutadiene annually, while also producing products such as hexafluorodichlorocyclohexane and zinc chloride solution.

• Shandong Yaorui New Materials Co., Ltd  On August 4th, the Shandong Yaorui New Materials Relocation Fluorine Chemical Project opened its second environmental impact assessment public announcement. The project has landed in Gaoqing Chemical Industrial Park, with a total investment of 540 million RMB and a construction period of 12 months. The project will construct new production workshops, storage tanks, environmental protection facilities, and office and living facilities. After production, it will be able to produce 9000 tons of electronic grade hydrofluoric acid, 100000 tons of industrial grade hydrofluoric acid, and 10000 tons of high-purity electronic grade ammonium hydrogen fluoride annually.

• Noah Liquid Cooling Technology (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd  On August 5th, the new project of Noah Liquid Cooling Zhejiang's annual production of 10000 tons of fluorine-containing electronic new materials was completed for filing. The project is located in Shangyu Economic Development Zone in Hangzhou Bay, with a total investment of 473 million RMB. The project will revitalize the existing factory and build a new synthesis workshop, which will be constructed in two phases. The overall production capacity is 6000 tons of hexafluoropropylene trimer and 4000 tons of hexafluoropropylene dimer. The first phase will have a production capacity of 5000 tons, and the remaining production capacity will be handed over to the second phase for construction.

• Noah Liquid Cooling Technology (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd  On August 5th, Noah Liquid Cooling Technology completed the filing of another fluorine-containing electronic new material construction project in Zhejiang, located in Shangyu Economic Development Zone, Hangzhou Bay, with a total investment of 538.8225 million RMB, covering an area of 175.7 acres, and a construction period from September 2026 to August 2028. The project will build new production workshops, warehouses, sewage treatment stations and other facilities. After completion, it will produce 4900 tons of fluorinated electronic new materials annually, including perfluoroisobutyl methyl ether, perfluoroisobutyl ether and other products. The production process will produce 2500 tons of hydrogen fluoride aqueous solution as a byproduct.
