• Shandong Aofan New Materials Co., Ltd  Shandong Aofan New Materials Co., Ltd.'s annual production of 10000 tons of green refrigerant new project was announced before approval in the Gaoqing Chemical Industry Park in Zibo City: the total investment of the project is 380 million RMB, and the construction will be carried out based on the 2000 t/a pilot test research and development results of self acceptance of tetrafluoropropene; New production equipment and supporting facilities will be built, using hydrogen and hexafluoropropene as raw materials with self-developed catalysts, to produce tetrafluoropropene through hydrogenation and dehydrogenation reactions. The designed production capacity of tetrafluoropropene is 10000 t/a, with a by-product of 30% hydrofluoric acid of 12500 t/a.

• Qingdao Hengning Biotechnology Co., Ltd  The Department of Ecology and Environment of Shandong Province has announced the proposed approval information for the expansion project of Qingdao Hengning Biotechnology Co., Ltd.: the project is located in Pingdu Xinhe Chemical Industry Park, with a total investment of 420.7 million RMB; New switchable production facilities and supporting public and environmental protection facilities will be built, with a shared production line for Fluconazole and Bifidofenapyr. The production capacity is 6000 tons of Fluconazole or 3000 tons of Bifidofenapyr per year, with a total maximum production capacity of 9000 t/a for agricultural chemical raw materials and intermediates.

• Ruyuan Dongyangguang Fluororesin Co., Ltd  On July 17th, the first public participation announcement of the environmental impact assessment for the 30000 ton PVDF expansion project of Ruyuan Dongyangguang Fluororesin Co., Ltd. was carried out. The project is located in the Guangdong Ruyuan Industrial Transfer Park, with a total investment of 900 million RMB. It is planned to build a new production line on the northeast side of the factory area, with supporting facilities such as R142b, VDF, PVDF, and post-treatment equipment; After completion, an additional 30000 t/a of PVDF production capacity will be added, with 33000 t/a of self-produced intermediate VDF and 64000 t/a of R142b (both not sold), and 3000 t/a of by-product difluoroethyl acetate.

• Fujian Kangfeng New Materials Co., Ltd  On July 17th, the second public announcement of the environmental impact assessment for the Kangfeng Fluorinated New Material Expansion Project of Fujian Kangfeng New Materials Co., Ltd. was released. The project is located in Jintang Industrial Zone, Shaowu City, with a total investment of 38 million RMB. It will rely on the existing workshop to add production lines for 2,6-dichloro-4-trifluoromethylaniline and m-difluorotoluene; Simultaneously renovate the liquid chlorine warehouse, add liquid chlorine storage tanks and supporting facilities, and change the storage method of liquid chlorine from steel cylinders to storage tanks.

• Duofuduo New Materials Co., Ltd  On July 17th, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Jiaozuo City accepted and publicized the environmental impact assessments of two projects involving multi fluorine and multi new materials, both of which were implemented in the existing factory areas of Jiaozuo Economic Development Zone enterprises. The key material project for producing 36000 tons of power lithium batteries annually is a renovation project with a total investment of 1.25 billion RMB; Dismantle the existing factory buildings and idle warehouses of the Phase III electrolyte additive project, and build a new project on the original site. The Phase III project will no longer be implemented; At the same time, upgrade and renovate the gas production sections of two existing lithium battery material projects, dismantle the original gas production equipment, and build a new phosphorus pentafluoride gas production equipment on the original site.

• Shandong Zhongrou New Materials Co., Ltd  On July 20th, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Binzhou City accepted the environmental impact assessment of the 500 t/a hexafluoroisopropylmethyl ether pilot project of Shandong Zhongrou New Materials and made it public. The project is located in the existing factory area of Bincheng Chemical Industry Park and is a new construction project with a total investment of 9.35 million RMB; A new pilot plant and supporting environmental protection facilities will be built, and the public auxiliary and storage and transportation projects will rely on the existing factory area. The products will be produced using hexafluoroisopropanol, dimethyl sulfate, and liquid alkali as raw materials through processes such as salt formation, ether formation, distillation, and alkali washing. The pilot test aims to verify the stability of the process, equipment, and product performance. The plan is to start the test in December 2026 and end it in December 2027. If the test meets the standards, complete process parameters are collected, and the results are identified, the pilot test will be considered successful.

• Shandong Qifu New Materials Co., Ltd  On July 22nd, the Gaoqing Branch of Zibo Ecological Environment Bureau accepted the environmental impact assessment of Shandong Qifu New Materials Electronic Grade High Purity Gas Technical Renovation Project and made it public. The project is located in Gaoqing Chemical Industry Park, with a total investment of 45 million RMB, and will be renovated based on the existing fluorine containing high-end electronic material project; Add a 100 t/a high-purity electronic grade octafluoropropane production plant, and upgrade the existing 1000 t/a octafluorocyclobutane to high-purity electronic grade products.

• Fujian Haidefu New Materials Co., Ltd  On July 21st, the Ecology and Environment Bureau of Nanping City approved the environmental impact assessment of the Fujian Haidefu New Materials Fluorinated Fine Chemicals Production Line Expansion Project. The project is located in Wujiatang Town, Shaowu City, with a total investment of 22 million RMB. No new land or factory buildings will be added, and the process renovation will be carried out based on the existing production line; After implementation, an annual increase of 5500 tons of fluorine-containing fine chemicals will be achieved. The anhydrous calcium chloride section of the calcium chloride production line will be cancelled, and multiple HFE product production modes will be adjusted to alternate production. The original HFE production capacity will remain unchanged.

• Inner Mongolia Lianhe Fluorocarbon New Materials Co., Ltd  On the evening of July 21st, Lianchuang Co., Ltd. announced that its holding subsidiary Inner Mongolia Lianhe Fluorocarbon New Materials plans to invest in the construction of a 12000 t/a VDF and supporting industrial chain project in the Wuhai Hainan High tech Industrial Development Zone, with a total investment of 550 million RMB. The funds will come from its own and self raised funds, and the construction period will be 24 months. The project plans to have a production capacity of 12000 t/a VDF, 21000 t/a R142b, 25000 t/a R152a, and supporting facilities; VDF is the core monomer of PVDF, and R142b and R152a are the main raw materials for preparing VDF. PVDF is a widely used fluorinated polymer, widely used as a positive electrode binder for lithium batteries (with a market share of over 90%), and also applied in fields such as photovoltaics, electronics, aerospace, etc. It benefits from the development of the power battery and energy storage industry, and has a positive demand in the medium and long term.
