The project has an annual production capacity of 1500 tons of high-purity potassium fluoromolybdate and 2000 tons of high-purity potassium fluoroniobate; By products include 500 tons of tantalum pentoxide, 1500 tons of niobium pentoxide, and 470 tons of tin oxide. At present, the civil engineering of the project is 85% completed, and the road construction, equipment installation and commissioning are progressing in an orderly manner. It is expected to be completed and put into operation in early September.

• Inner Mongolia Jin'ebo Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd  On July 10, 2026, Inner Mongolia Jin'ebo Fluorine Chemical Waste Acid Resource Utilization Project released its first environmental impact assessment public announcement. The project is built in the existing factory area of the enterprise, relying on idle storage tanks to store two types of waste acids: dilute hydrofluoric acid and dilute fluorosilicic acid. The waste gas from the dilute hydrofluoric acid absorption tank area is used to produce more than 40% hydrofluoric acid, and the dilute fluorosilicic acid is sent to the original equipment to produce about 35% fluorosilicic acid, achieving on-site resource recovery and reuse of fluorine-containing waste acid.

• Jiangxi Jiuwen New Materials Co., Ltd  On July 10th, the Ruichang Municipal Government released the draft of the environmental impact assessment for the first phase of the Jiangxi Jiuwen New Materials Renovation and Expansion Pilot Platform. The total investment of the project is 100 million RMB, and it is located in the chemical concentration area of Ruichang Port Industrial City. The project covers an area of 59.68 acres with a total construction area of 11813.84 square meters. Based on the existing workshops, warehouses and other buildings in the factory area, a new pilot production line for perfluorobutyl sulfonyl fluoride will be built, and supporting facilities for wastewater and waste gas environmental protection treatment will be added.

• Shaowu Yonghe Jintang New Materials Co., Ltd  On July 10th, the environmental impact assessment draft for the expansion project of Shaowuyong and Jintang New Materials with an annual output of 800 tons of ethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer was publicly released. The total investment for the renovation and expansion project is 85 million RMB, and it is located in Jintang Industrial Park, Shaowu City. Based on the existing Class A and post-treatment plants, production supporting equipment will be added, and relevant production lines will be built to achieve an annual production capacity of 800 tons of ethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer.

• Fujian Del Technology Co., Ltd  The environmental impact assessment of the expansion project of Fujian Deltech has been announced. The project is located in the Jiaoyang New Materials Industrial Park in Shanghang, with a total investment of 100 million RMB. There is no need to add new land or build new buildings, and the existing factory buildings and supporting facilities in the factory area will be used for construction. The project has added production capacity of 1200 tons of fluorinated electronic gas and 1000 tons of high-purity fluorinated new materials. At the same time, the by-products produced, such as hexafluoroethane and heavy components, can be supplied to the existing purification production line in the factory area. The original production capacity of electronic grade hexafluoroethane and octafluoropropane remains unchanged.

• Fujian Bangfu New Materials Co., Ltd  On July 13th, Fujian Bangfu New Materials announced the phased completion and environmental acceptance information of its 1500 ton annual production of fluorine-containing fine chemicals project located in Jintang Industrial Park, Shaowu. This project is a new construction project that will commence in 2023, be completed in 2025, and undergo trial production in 2026. Only 250 tons of perfluorobutyl sulfonyl fluoride and 200 tons of perfluorobutyl potassium sulfonate production lines will be built this time, while other planned product production lines are still under construction. The project has no significant environmental impact assessment changes, the environmental protection facilities are stable, the pollutants meet the standards, and has passed the acceptance inspection; The actual total investment and environmental protection investment of the project are both lower than the estimated investment amount in the environmental impact assessment.

• Quanzhou Baoying New Material Technology Co., Ltd  On July 13th, the second public announcement of the environmental impact assessment for the Quanzhou Baoying New Materials Fluorite Mineral Processing Project was made. The new project has a total investment of 2 million RMB, is located in Longxun Town, Dehua County, and leases 2200 square meters of idle factory buildings. It uses purchased crushed fluorite raw materials as raw materials and is designed to process 50000 tons of fluorite ore annually.

• Huzhou Xinyuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd  On July 15th, the environmental impact assessment of the expansion project of Huzhou Xinyuan Environmental Protection's PTFE long fiber was accepted by the Ecological Environment Bureau. The expansion project, with a total investment of 12.4538 million RMB, is located in the South the Taihu Lake New Area. On the basis of the original leased plant, the new lease area is added, and 67 sets of related production equipment are added. After completion, the new capacity of 700 tons of PTFE long fiber will be added, and the total capacity of the plant will reach 2200 tons per year.

• Ruyuan Dongyangguang Fluororesin Co., Ltd  On July 14th, the second public announcement of the environmental impact assessment was released for the expansion project of the annual production of 15000 tons of PVDF by Ruyuan Dongyang Fluororesin. The total investment of the project is 200 million RMB, and it will be implemented in the chemical base of Rucheng Town. The project will establish new VDF, PVDF polymerization and post-treatment production lines, optimize the existing R142b device and upgrade environmental protection facilities. After implementation, new PVDF, R142b, and VDF production capacity will be added, and all R142b and VDF produced will be used as PVDF production raw materials for self use and not exported.

• Zhejiang Jushen New Materials Technology Co., Ltd  On July 15th, the Intelligent Manufacturing New City Branch of Quzhou Ecological Environment Bureau approved and publicly announced the environmental impact assessment of Zhejiang Jushen New Material Technology Renovation Project, with a total investment of 13.4222 million RMB, located in the Donggang area of Quzhou Intelligent Manufacturing New City. The project relies on the existing factory renovation production line to achieve flexible production, adjusts the filling form of cleaning agents, and adds two automatic filling lines. After the renovation, it can annually pack 45000 tons of new environmentally friendly refrigerants and 13000 tons of high-end cleaning agents.

• Guizhou Sino New Materials Technology Co., Ltd  On July 15th, the draft of the environmental impact assessment for the first phase of the Guizhou Sino New Materials Fluorine Materials Integration New Project was publicly released. The project is located in the Chemical Industrial Park of Qianxi Economic Development Zone, with a total investment of 284.56 million RMB and a construction period of 12 months. The project is equipped with production facilities for perfluoropolyether, fluorinated liquid, and fluoronitrogen mixture, as well as various public and auxiliary environmental protection facilities. It can produce a total of 1500 tons of perfluoropolyether, 200 tons of fluorinated liquid, 550 tons of fluoronitrogen mixture, and by-product calcium fluoride; The self-produced fluorine nitrogen mixture will be supplied to the perfluoropolyether synthesis process for self use.

• Zhejiang Fanghua Chemical Co., Ltd  On July 13th, Zhejiang Fanghua Chemical's newly-built fluorine chemical project located in Shangyu Economic Development Zone, Hangzhou Bay, completed environmental protection acceptance and was publicly announced. The total investment of the project was 746.31 million RMB. The project will first build a production capacity of 22200 tons of fluorine-containing new materials and functional chemicals, and co produce a total of 50900 tons of various by-products. It will also build related fine fluoride production lines and produce by-products such as hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid; The project will commence in April 2023 and complete equipment installation and commissioning in August 2025.

• Zhejiang Fanghua Chemical Co., Ltd  On July 13th, Zhejiang Fanghua Chemical's 8600 ton fluorine-containing new material expansion project located in Shangyu Economic Development Zone, Hangzhou Bay was completed and announced for environmental protection acceptance, with a total investment of 164.37 million RMB. The project will purchase equipment such as reaction vessels and distillation towers. This acceptance only covers a production capacity of 0.495 million tons of various fluoropyridines, aromatic amines, and other products. The remaining products will be declared separately in the future; The project will commence in February 2025 and complete equipment installation and commissioning in August of the same year.

• Zhejiang Fanghua Chemical Co., Ltd   On July 13th, Zhejiang Fanghua Chemical announced the acceptance of a new pilot project for the construction of 4900 tons of fluorine-containing active pharmaceutical ingredients in Shangyu Economic Development Zone, with a total investment of 102.91 million RMB. The project plans to produce multiple fluorine-containing pesticide raw materials such as fluazuron and fluazuron. This time, only an 800 ton fluazuron raw material production line will be built first, and related by-products will be produced; The project will commence in April 2023, be completed by the end of September 2025, and start debugging in October.
