The project is located in the existing factory area of Nanyang Guanzhuang Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone, with an investment of 2 million RMB. The project will renovate the original production line, use new and old equipment in combination, and adopt two sets of chemical production processes. After completion, it will produce 2490 tons of fluorobenzene intermediates and potassium chloride by-products annually. After the renovation, the original tetrafluorobenzoyl chloride products will no longer be produced, and the unused old equipment will be retained for future use in new projects.

• Shandong Dongyue Green Cold Technology Co., Ltd  On July 3rd, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Zibo City approved the expansion of the 100 ton/year hexafluoroethane pilot project by Shandong Dongyue Green Cold Technology. The project investment is 15 million RMB, and multiple production supporting units will be built based on the idle factory buildings in the company's northern factory area. The annual output of 100 tons of hexafluoroethane and 85 tons of 31% hydrochloric acid will only be used for testing and sample delivery, and will not be sold externally; The project will start in August 2026 and have a pilot period of 2 years.

• Tianji New Energy Technology Co., Ltd  On the evening of July 6th, Tianji Shares announced that it plans to raise funds of no more than 32 million RMB to lend to its holding subsidiary, Tairui Lianteng, to support its promotion of a 30000 ton lithium salt integrated supporting investment project, including lithium hexafluorophosphate. The loan can be disbursed in one lump sum or in installments.

• Zhejiang Quhua Fluorochemical Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Juhua Technology Center Co., Ltd   On July 3, information from the China National Intellectual Property Administration showed that Zhejiang Quhua Fluorochemistry Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Juhua Technology Center Co., Ltd. applied for a patent entitled "a method and device for recovering high-purity HF when preparing fluoroolefins". • Jiujiang Jiuhong New Materials Co., Ltd  On July 3rd, the first phase expansion project of Jiujiang Jiuhong New Materials Fluorinated New Materials and Refrigerants, with a total investment of 1.5 billion RMB and a construction period of 18 months, was publicly announced before the environmental evaluation and approval. Construction will begin in June 2026. The project includes multiple sets of chemical plants, among which 150000 t/a of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda is transferred from other locations within the group with no new production capacity, and the rest are newly built plants; The project produces methane chloride as a raw material for subsequent fluorine-containing new materials, improving the upstream and downstream circular industry chain and achieving comprehensive resource utilization.

• Jiangxi Jinguang High tech Co., Ltd  On July 8th, Dongxiang District of Fuzhou announced the filing information of Jiangxi Jinguang High tech's annual production of 20000 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate solution project, with a total investment of about 225 million RMB, located in the company's existing factory area. The project aims to build a new liquid chlorine storage facility, with the addition of two production lines and related auxiliary facilities based on existing workshops and equipment spaces. Corresponding chemical synthesis processes will be adopted, and the facility will be able to produce 20000 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate solution annually after completion.

• Zibo Fluorine New Resource Comprehensive Utilization Co., Ltd  On July 7th, the Huantai Branch of Zibo Ecological Environment Bureau accepted and announced the construction project of Zibo Fluorine New Resource Comprehensive Utilization with an annual output of 1000 tons of polytetrafluoroethylene resin. The total investment of the project is 5.6 million RMB, with a leased factory area of 680 square meters and the purchase of related production equipment. After completion, the annual output of dispersed resin and suspended resin will be 500 tons each.

• Hefei Sentian New Materials Co., Ltd  On July 6th, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Hefei City announced the environmental impact assessment approval opinions for the new wet electronic chemical project of Hefei Sentian New Materials. The project has a total investment of 500.94 million RMB and is located in the Hefei Economic and Technological Development Chemical Industrial Park, covering an area of 72.684 acres. It will be constructed in two phases: the first phase will produce 30000 tons of buffer etching solution annually and be equipped with various production, storage, and environmental safety facilities, and the second phase will produce 20000 tons of electronic grade hydrofluoric acid annually.

• Sanming Haisifu Chemical Co., Ltd  On July 2nd, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Sanming City announced the environmental impact assessment approval opinions for the technical renovation project of fluorine materials such as trifluoroacetamide by Haisifu Chemical. The total investment of the project is 20 million RMB, which is for renovation and expansion purposes, located in the industrial concentration area of Mingxi County; The existing two production lines will be cancelled, and the existing equipment will be renovated to produce 3200 tons of fluorine materials such as trifluoroacetamide annually after completion.

• Zhongke Fuyuan (Ya'an) Technology Development Co., Ltd  On July 2nd, the first public announcement of the environmental impact assessment was made for the annual production of 100000 tons of submerged coolant project by Zhongke Fuyuan (Ya'an). The project is located in Ya'an Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of approximately 198.82 acres. It will construct intelligent production lines and supporting facilities such as factories, workshops, warehouses, and sewage treatment facilities, with a total production capacity of 100000 tons per year.

• Chizhou Feihaoda Chemical Co., Ltd  On June 30th, the Anhui Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment announced the acceptance of the environmental impact assessment report for the Chizhou Feihaoda Chemical Technology Renovation Project. The renovation project is located in the Chizhou Dongzhi Chemical Industrial Park, with a total investment of 106.6 million RMB; The enterprise will build a new equipment for the annual production of 400 tons of ethoxyfluoropropane raw material and by-product recycling in the existing workshop 102 in the factory area, and support the construction of thin film evaporation sewage treatment facilities. Other public, storage, transportation, environmental protection and other projects will rely on the existing facilities in the factory area.

• Hubei Heyuan New Materials Co., Ltd  Hubei Heyuan New Materials, a subsidiary of Heyuan Gas Holdings, plans to self raise 684 million RMB to expand the 4500 t/a electronic grade nitrogen trifluoride project in Zone B of Yaojiagang Chemical Park in Yichang. The project will be constructed in two phases with a total construction period of three years. The total investment for the first phase of the project is 483 million RMB, with a planned production capacity of 3000 tons per year. The environmental impact assessment was approved on June 30th. The project, through the construction of new production, supporting and environmental protection facilities, can produce 3000 tons of electronic grade nitrogen trifluoride annually, while producing 1722.225 tons of 40% hydrofluoric acid as a byproduct.
