• Hubei Liuguo Chemical Co., Ltd  On June 18th, the first phase of the 20000 t/a sodium fluorosilicate project of Hubei Liuguo Chemical was re registered and declared (previously declared on January 26th, with adjustments to investment, construction time, and other information). The project is located in Dangyang City, Yichang, with a total investment of 19.775 million RMB. It is a technological renovation project, covering an area of 640 square meters, and uses the Mangnitrate fluorosilicate intermittent synthesis process to build a production line. It is planned to start construction in August 2026.

• Shandong Chenkai Chemical Co., Ltd  On June 18th, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Binzhou City announced its intention to approve the environmental impact assessment of Shandong Chenkai Chemical's new chemical project. The project is located in the Chemical Industry Park of Zhanhua Economic Development Zone in Binzhou, with a total investment of 328 million yuan and a construction period of 10 months. Supporting multiple types of Class A and Class E production workshops, warehouses, storage tank areas, and public works, after production, it can produce 3500 tons of boron trifluoride, 7500 tons of boron trifluoride ether complex, 17500 tons of boron trifluoride acetonitrile complex, 15000 tons of aluminum sulfate, and 1000 tons of ether annually.

• Shandong Hua'an New Materials Co., Ltd  On June 18th, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Zibo City announced its intention to approve two projects within the Shandong Hua'an New Materials factory area. The 10000 t/a environmental refrigerant pilot project has an investment of 120 million RMB and a construction period of 15 months. Through a two-step trial production of R1234yf, a 2-year process validation will be carried out, with some materials supplied externally and some sent to the original production line. The original R1234yf production capacity limit will remain unchanged at 10000 tons. At the same time, there is still a PVDF polymerization technology renovation project awaiting approval.

• Shandong Hua'an New Materials Co., Ltd  On June 18th, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Zibo City announced that it plans to approve the Shandong Hua'an New Materials PVDF Polymer Expansion and Technical Renovation Project. The project will be built in the existing factory area of the enterprise, with a total investment of 15 million RMB and a construction period of 6 months. By renovating multiple PVDF production lines, a total of 8000 t/a of PVDF production capacity will be added after the project is completed.

• Zhejiang Hongfu Chemical Co., Ltd  Recently, the full environmental impact assessment of the new refrigerant and cleaning agent mixed filling project of Zhejiang Hongfu Chemical was publicly announced. The project has landed in Quzhou Intelligent Manufacturing New City with a total investment of 500 million RMB. It will construct supporting facilities such as production workshops, warehouses, and tank areas. After completion, the annual mixed filling of environmentally friendly refrigerants and cleaning agents will total 127100 tons.

• Zhonghao Chengguang (Zigong) Fluorine Materials Co., Ltd  On June 22nd, the first environmental impact assessment announcement was launched for the expansion and renovation project of the meltable fluororesin of Zhonghao Chengguang (Zigong) Fluorine Materials. The project will be implemented in the existing factory area of the enterprise, with the renovation of the existing FEP/PFA post-treatment system and the addition of supporting process equipment. After the renovation is completed, the PFA production capacity can reach 3500 tons per year.

• Sanming Yingcai Sheng Industry and Trade Co., Ltd  On June 23rd, the Ecology and Environment Bureau of Sanming City announced its intention to approve the construction of a new fluorite ore processing project by Sanming Yingcai Sheng Industry and Trade. The project has a total investment of 20 million RMB and is located in Sanyuan District, with an annual processing capacity of 80000 tons of fluorite ore. The ore will be supplied by its own mines and cooperative mining enterprises.

• Inner Mongolia Yongtai Chemical Co., Ltd  On June 24th, Yongtai Technology announced that the company's board of directors has approved its subsidiary, Inner Mongolia Yongtai, to invest 800 million RMB to build a new project with an annual output of 50000 tons of VC and supporting facilities in Wuhai High tech Zone. The construction period will be from August 2026 to December 2027, and all funds will be self raised. After the completion of the project, the company's total VC production capacity will reach 80000 tons per year, improving its integrated layout of lithium battery materials.

• Yongxing area in Ya'an Economic Development Zone, Sichuan Province  On June 23rd, the high-purity electronic grade gas expansion project with a total investment of 150 million RMB by Sichuan Zhongfeng Energy New Materials passed the energy-saving review. The project is located in Yongxing area of Ya'an Economic Development Zone and has a construction period of 13 months. The project will be expanded in three phases based on existing facilities, with the addition of relevant production equipment. After completion, it will produce 13000 tons of sulfur hexafluoride, 2300 tons of nitrogen trifluoride, and 7590 tons of 40% hydrofluoric acid as a byproduct.
