• Gansu Lihong New Material Technology Co., Ltd  On June 5th, the draft environmental impact assessment report for the expansion project of fluorine-containing specialty chemicals by Gansu Lihong New Materials located in Zhangye Minle Chemical Industry Park was publicly released for comments. The total investment of the project is 120 million RMB, and it will be constructed in two phases. The first phase investment is 62 million RMB, supporting various types of production, storage, and public facilities, with a planned annual production of 300 tons of perfluoro-n-butylamine and 330 tons of perfluorobutyryl fluoride; The second phase investment is 58 million RMB, with the addition of production workshops and the layout of three production lines, capable of producing 300 tons of perfluorotriallylamine, 120 tons of trifluoroethanolamine, and 250 tons of trifluoroethanol annually.

• Anhui Furuixing Chemical Co., Ltd  On June 5th, the planning scheme for the renovation and expansion project of Anhui Furuixing located in Mohekou Chemical Industrial Park in Bengbu was announced. The project will add equipment to the existing production line, and after completion, the production capacity of chemically pure hydrofluoric acid will reach 80000 tons per year, and the production capacity of etching solution will reach 100000 tons per year.

• Duofuduo New Materials Co., Ltd  Recently, information from the China National Intellectual Property Administration showed that Dofluoro New Materials Co., Ltd. applied for a patent entitled "a method of recovering sulfur in the preparation of hydrofluoric acid to prepare high-purity sulfur hexafluoride". The application publication number is CN122102062A, and the application date is February 2026.

• Dalian Kelide Optoelectronic Materials Co., Ltd. Changxing Island Branch  On June 5th, the environmental impact assessment of the semiconductor material construction pilot project of Dalian Kelide Changxing Island Branch was publicly announced for the first time. The project landed in Dalian Changxing Island Economic Development Zone, and a new production line was built to produce trifluoromethane and germane, with annual production capacities of 10 tons and 5 tons respectively.

• Yongfeng Tianbao Mining Co., Ltd  On June 3rd, the environmental impact assessment report for the underground mining and reconstruction project of Zhongfu Fluorite Mine in Tianbao Mining, Yongfeng County, Jiangxi Province was proposed to be accepted and publicly announced. The total investment of the renovation and expansion project is about 145 million RMB. The mining area has been reduced, and the mining scale has been increased to 150000 tons per year. Underground mining will be adopted, and tailings and mud will be filled underground without a tailings pond.

• Jiangxi Liwen Chemical Co., Ltd  The new pilot project of Jiangxi Science and Culture Engineering's new hydrogen fluoride ether series products has been registered and announced. The site is located in Jiujiang Ruichang Port Industrial City, with a total investment of 108 million RMB. A co production facility will be built, with an annual output of 2000 tons of three hydrogen fluoride ether products. The construction period is from July 2026 to June 2028.

• Yizhang Zhonggui Lianhua Resource Utilization Co., Ltd  On June 9th, the environmental impact assessment (EIA) for the renovation and expansion project of Zhonggui Lianhua beneficiation in Yizhang, Chenzhou was announced for public approval. The project is located in two villages of Yizhang County, with a new fluorite flotation production line and a daily processing capacity of 1000 tons of fluorite ore (330000 tons per year). The annual output of fluorite concentrate is about 70800 tons and sulfur concentrate is about 2769 tons, while the original daily iron ore beneficiation capacity of 500 tons is retained.

• Huichang Yonghe Technology Development Co., Ltd  On June 8th, the first environmental impact assessment announcement was made for the technical renovation project of methane chloride co production of tetrachloroethylene by Huichang Yonghe Technology. The project is located in the fluoride salt chemical industry base in Huichang County, with a total investment of 8.126 million RMB. This renovation will not build new buildings, optimize processes, environmental protection and safety facilities, cancel the production process of hexachloroethane, and maintain the main product production capacity. The annual output of dichloromethane is 57499.2 tons, trichloromethane is 53058 tons, and tetrachloroethylene is 15000 tons.

• Shaanxi Zhongxuan Lithium Energy Technology Co., Ltd  On June 8th, Shaanxi Zhongxuan Lithium Energy's new project with an annual output of 10000 tons of vanadium lithium fluorophosphate positive electrode materials was publicly announced for filing. The project is located in Shangdan Industrial Park, Shangluo, with a total investment of 300 million RMB. It will use existing factories to build an automated production line and support a research and development center. The plan is to start construction in July 2026, with an annual output value of 1.3 billion RMB and a net profit of 80 million RMB after completion.

• Jinchang Jinzhuo New Materials Co., Ltd  Jinchang Jinzhuo New Materials has built a new project with an annual output of 60000 tons of high-performance fluorine materials in Yongchang County, with a total investment of 200 million RMB. The project is divided into two phases to construct a high molecular weight cryolite production line, with a total by-product of 60000 t/a of silicon slag. At the same time, factory buildings, warehouses, offices, and various supporting facilities will be constructed.

• Shandong Zhongrou New Materials Co., Ltd  On June 9th, the environmental impact assessment of the Shandong Zhongrou New Material Trifluoroacetyl Fluoride deep processing and expansion pilot project was accepted and publicly announced. The project is located in the existing factory area, with an investment of 5.5 million RMB and a construction period of 6 months. After completion, it will produce 500 tons of ethyl trifluoroacetate and 500 tons of carbonyl fluoride annually.

• Anhui Xuxin Chemical Co., Ltd   The first environmental impact assessment announcement of Anhui Xuxin Chemical's renovation project located in Dingyuan Salt Chemical Industrial Park, Chuzhou, with a total investment of 70 million RMB and no additional land use. The project will increase the annual production of 1000 tons of hexafluorophosphate, 120600 tons of etching solution, and 50000 tons of industrial grade hydrofluoric acid. The project will not be equipped with hydrogen fluoride production facilities.

• Fujian Huayi San Ai Fu Fu You New Materials Co., Ltd  On June 9th, the environmental impact assessment of the Fujian Huayi San Ai Fu Fu You New Material Renovation and Expansion Project was approved and publicly announced. The project is located in the existing factory area of Jintang Industrial Park in Shaowu, with a total investment of 10 million RMB and a construction period of 8 months. The new facility can produce a total of 1000 tons of three types of products, including perfluoroisobutyrylfluoride, annually; Upgrade the existing equipment to increase the production capacity of ethyl trifluoroacetate from 15 t/a to 500 t/a, and no longer produce trifluoroacetic acid.
