• Shandong Dongyue Green Cold Technology Co., Ltd   On May 28th, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Zibo City announced the acceptance of the 100 t/a hexafluoroethane expansion pilot environmental impact assessment of Shandong Dongyue Green Cold Technology: the total investment of the project is 15 million RMB, relying on the construction of idle factory buildings in the factory area, covering an area of 320 square meters, and supporting multiple sets of production and public facilities; Annual production of 100 tons of hexafluoroethane and 85 tons of 31% hydrochloric acid byproduct. The products are only used for testing and customer inspection and are not for commercial use; It is planned to start construction in August 2026, with a pilot period of 2 years.

• Fujian Yongjing Technology Co., Ltd  On May 29th, the environmental impact assessment of the pharmaceutical intermediate transformation and expansion project of Fujian Yongjing Technology located in Jintang Industrial Park, Shaowu, was accepted and publicly announced. The project investment is 70 million RMB, and the details of product production capacity have not been disclosed yet.

• Shandong Hua'an New Materials Co., Ltd  On May 29th, the Ecology and Environment Bureau of Zibo City announced the acceptance of two environmental impact assessments for Shandong Hua'an New Materials' technological renovation: the PVDF polymerization renovation and expansion project is located in the company's existing factory area, with an investment of 15 million RMB and a construction period of 6 months. The new PVDF production capacity is 8000 t/a, and the total PVDF production capacity of the entire factory after renovation and expansion will reach 22000 t/a; Simultaneously accepting the environmental impact assessment of its 10000 t/a environmentally friendly refrigerant pilot project.

• Gansu Juchen Energy saving and Environmental Protection New Materials Co., Ltd   On May 27th, Gansu Juchen New Materials released the draft of the environmental impact assessment for the new construction project of the Chemical Industry Park in the old city area of Yumen, with a total investment of 200 million yuan; A new 100000 t/a aluminum ash resource utilization line will be built, equipped with multiple sets of water purification agents and fluorine-containing chemical production lines, which can produce a series of products such as aluminum salts, aluminum products, potassium fluorotitanate, cryolite, etc.

• Shandong Dongyue Polymer Materials Co., Ltd   The 200 t/a electronic fluorine liquid project for the renovation and expansion of Dongyue Polymer East District has completed environmental acceptance and public announcement, with a total investment of 11 million RMB. It will rely on the original perfluorohexanoic acid workshop to add distillation and other equipment; The device is capable of producing perfluorotriphenylamine and perfluorotributylamine monomers with a maximum production capacity of 200 tons per year for each category.

• Dongying Chemical Co., Ltd., Qingliu County, Fujian Province   On June 1st, the 60000 t/a electronic grade hydrogen fluoride renovation project of Dongying Chemical in Qingliu, Fujian passed the completion environmental protection acceptance and was publicly announced. The project is located in the local fluorine new material industrial park, with an actual investment of 8 million RMB; Two 30000 ton anhydrous hydrogen fluoride production lines in the factory area were added with oxidation pretreatment and distillation sections, and the products were upgraded to electronic grade hydrogen fluoride. The proportion of by-products was adjusted synchronously, and the project was accepted as qualified.

• Cangzhou Jinchi Jiamao New Material Technology Co., Ltd  On June 1st, the newly built refrigerant project of Cangzhou Jinchi Jiamao New Materials located in Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone completed environmental acceptance public announcement, with a total investment of 520 million RMB; Construct supporting facilities such as filling stations, tank farms, warehouses, etc., with a capacity of 280000 t/a for refrigerant storage, transportation, and filling, and 100000 t/a for refrigerant mixing.

• Zhongke Yunfu Environmental Technology (Inner Mongolia) Co., Ltd    On May 29th, the newly-built fluorine-containing wastewater resource utilization and fluoride salt production project in Barun Industrial Park, Baiyun Ebo Mining Area, was publicly announced before the approval of the engineering planning permit. It was constructed with an investment of 100 million RMB by Zhongke Yunfu Environmental Technology (Inner Mongolia) Co., Ltd., and equipped with public facilities such as fire protection and emergency response. A multi category fluorosilicate comprehensive production line was built, with an annual output of 8000 tons of fluorosilicate after completion.

• Yichang Shilei New Energy Technology Co., Ltd   On May 29th, the environmental impact assessment draft for the annual production of 60000 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate project in Shilei New Energy, Yichang, was publicly released. The project is located in Yidu Chemical Industrial Park, with a total investment of 1 billion RMB and is a new construction project; The construction will be divided into two phases. The first phase will reach an annual production capacity of 30000 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate and 100000 tons of electrolyte by 2027. After the completion of the second phase in 2028, the total production capacity will reach 60000 t/a of lithium hexafluorophosphate and 200000 t/a of electrolyte.
