Hubei Lianchang New Materials Co., Ltd. On May 11th, the environmental impact assessment of Hubei Lianchang New Materials' annual production of 12,500 tons of fluorine-containing intermediates project was approved. The project is located in Yaojia Gang Chemical Park of Zhijiang City, with a total investment of 225 million yuan. New Class A workshops will be built, existing workshops will be renovated, and related public facilities will be provided. After completion, it will produce 12,500 tons of fluorine-containing intermediates (covering more than ten types of fluorine-based fine chemicals) and a total of 29,550 tons of various by-products, with the main by-products being hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrogen fluoride, sodium fluoride, and hypochlorous acid sodium.
Sichuan Zhongqi Nengxin New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. On May 15th, the environmental impact assessment of Sichuan Zhongqi Nengxin New Materials' high-purity electronic-grade gas expansion and renovation project located in Yongxing Area of Ya'an Economic Development Zone was approved. The total investment is 150 million yuan. The project is a renovation and expansion project, with phased expansion of high-purity sulfur hexafluoride and nitrogen trifluoride production lines, construction of a new ultra-pure ammonia production line and related facilities; after completion, it will produce 13,000 tons of sulfur hexafluoride, 2,300 tons of nitrogen trifluoride, 4,000 tons of ultra-pure ammonia, and also produce 40% hydrogen fluoride, industrial ammonia, and 9% ammonia solution.
Quanzhou Yuji New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. On May 18th, the environmental friendly new material expansion and renovation project of Quanzhou Yuji New Materials located in Quan'gang Petrochemical Park was approved for environmental impact assessment public notice. The total investment is 36.3 million yuan. The project will add multiple fluorine chemical production lines, renovate existing facilities, and provide waste gas treatment facilities, with some public facilities being reused; after completion, it will produce carbon fluoride, 3,3,3-trifluoro-1-propene, 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene, and four 4N high-purity acyl fluoride products.
Sichuan Chenguang Bodao New Materials Co., Ltd. On May 14th, the environmental impact assessment acceptance notice for the expansion project of Sichuan Chenguang Bodao located in Suining High-tech Zone, with an annual production capacity of 1,500 tons of ice core immersion liquid cooling coolant, was announced. The total investment is 150 million yuan and the construction period is 18 months. The project is divided into two phases. The first phase renovates the existing production line to achieve an annual production capacity of 800 tons, and the second phase builds new production lines to supplement an annual production capacity of 700 tons.
Hunan Qianliang New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. On May 19th, the environmental impact assessment acceptance notice for the expansion project of Hunan Qianliang New Materials located in Dashi Circular Economy Industrial Park in Leiyang City was announced. The project has an annual production capacity of 2 tons of tetrafluoride thorium.
Fujian Zhongxin Fluorine Materials Gaobao Technology Co., Ltd. On May 18th, the environmental protection acceptance report for the technical renovation project of electronic-grade hydrogen fluoride expansion of Fujian Zhongxin Fluorine Materials Gaobao Technology located in Sanming Qingliu County was announced. The total investment is 60 million yuan. After completion, it will have an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of electronic-grade hydrogen fluoride and 10,000 tons of electronic-grade anhydrous fluorine hydride, and an additional 16,800 tons of industrial hydrogen fluoride and 300 tons of fluorite as by-products.
Ouzhong Electronic Materials (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. On May 19th, the Changshou District Environmental Protection Bureau proposed an approval notice for the expansion project of Ouzhong Electronic Materials (Chongqing) fluorine-nitrogen mixed gas. The project is located at Qixin West Road in Changshou District and has a total investment of 5 million yuan. It will add 2 sets of electrolytic fluorine production devices in the existing workshop, rely on the existing equipment to prepare and fill electronic-grade fluorine-nitrogen mixed gas, and increase production capacity by 24.13 tons per year. After completion, the total production capacity of the entire factory will reach 48.26 tons per year.
Hubei Zhengyu Chemical Co., Ltd. On May 21st, the newly-built project for the production of 25,000 tons of high-performance fluororesin per year in Qianjiang City, Hubei Province, completed the filing and public announcement. The total investment is 180 million yuan, covering an area of approximately 108.20 acres. The project includes the construction of new warehouses, control rooms, quality inspection buildings, office buildings, and various supporting structures and environmental protection facilities. It is planned to commence construction in January 2027.
Quzhou Jin Yuan Hongtai Refrigerant Co., Ltd. On May 20th, the renovation project of Quzhou Jin Yuan Hongtai Refrigerant located in the Intelligent Manufacturing New City of Quzhou was approved for environmental impact assessment. The total investment is 30 million yuan. The project dismantles idle workshops and tank areas and rebuilds warehouses, relying on the existing facilities to adjust product production capacity. After increasing or reducing some refrigerant production capacity, the total production capacity of environmentally friendly fluorinated hydrocarbons reaches 15,000 tons per year.
Dezhou Shihua Chemical Co., Ltd. On May 20th, the new 500-ton/year fluorone pilot project located in Tianque Industrial Park of Dezhou was proposed for approval of the environmental impact assessment. The total investment is 9.8 million yuan. The project uses fluorobenzene and pentafluorobenzoyl chloride as raw materials to produce 4,4'-difluorodiphenyl ketone. After completion, the pilot production capacity will be 500 tons per year.
Sichuan HaoHongXinRui Mining Co., Ltd. On May 19th, the newly-built fluorite powder project with an annual output of 180,000 tons by Sichuan HaoHongXinRui Mining, located in the characteristic industrial park of Dechang in Liangshan, made its first environmental impact assessment public announcement. The total investment is 221 million yuan, covering an area of 37,862.36 square meters. The project includes the construction of a beneficiation workshop, storage facilities, supporting public facilities, and environmental protection facilities.
Shangwu Yongta High-tech Materials Co., Ltd. On May 22nd, the first environmental impact assessment public announcement of the technical renovation and expansion project of 50,000 tons of hexafluorophosphoric acid lithium per year by Shangwu Yongta High-tech Materials was made. The project renovates the original workshop and adds a production capacity device with an annual output of 32,600 tons. After the expansion and renovation, the total production capacity reaches 50,000 tons per year.
Fujian Haidefu New Materials Co., Ltd. On May 22nd, the environmental impact assessment approval pre-publication of the expansion project of fluorine-containing fine chemicals at Fujian Haidefu New Materials in Shangwu City was made. The total investment is 22 million yuan. There is no new land or factory building. Only the original production line is upgraded through technical renovation. After the renovation, the annual production of fluorine-containing fine chemicals is 5,500 tons.
Zhongke Fluorine Source (Ya'an) Technology Development Co., Ltd. On May 25th, the first supplementary environmental impact assessment notice for the new 100,000-ton submerged coolant liquid production project of Zhongke Fluorine Source (Ya'an) was released. The project is located in Yongxing Area of Ya'an Economic Development Zone, with a total investment of 1.06 billion yuan, covering approximately 198 acres. It will build corresponding production lines and supporting public facilities.
Sanming Haisu Chemical Co., Ltd. On May 25th, the environmental impact assessment of the fluorine material technology renovation project of Sanming Haisu Chemical, including trifluoroacetamide, was accepted for public notice. The total investment is 20 million yuan. It is a renovation and expansion project. The sixth workshop will be built to produce high-end fluorine fine products, with an additional annual production capacity of 3,200 tons.
