• Jiangxi Liwencultural Industry Co., Ltd. On March 24th, the Jiujiang Environmental Protection Bureau publicly announced that the environmental impact assessment for Jiangxi Liwencultural Industry's annual production of 10,000 tons of hexafluoropropylene project had been approved. This project is a renovation and expansion project with a total investment of approximately 224 million yuan. It will build a new production facility, with an annual output of 10,000 tons of hexafluoropropylene and an additional 1,000 tons of octafluorocyclobutane as a by-product. It will also build some new storage tanks, workshops, and renovate the cafeteria. The remaining utilities and environmental protection facilities will mostly rely on the existing factory area.

• Inner Mongolia Ruida Jizhi New Materials Co., Ltd. Recently, the annual production of 240,000 tons of methane chlorides and related products project of Inner Mongolia Ruida Jizhi New Materials was started in Alashan High-tech Zone. The project has a total investment of 1.525 billion yuan and covers an area of 469 acres. It is a project jointly constructed by private enterprises and state-owned enterprises. After completion, it will achieve a breakthrough in methane chlorides production locally and provide key raw materials for fluorine chemicals. The project is divided into two phases. The first phase is planned to be put into production in November, and it is expected to reach full production capacity in 2028, with an estimated annual output of 1.7 billion yuan and tax revenue of over 60 million yuan. It will also create employment opportunities and support local industries.

• Changshu Sanai Fu Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd.On March 26th, the renovation project of Changshu Sanai Fu Fluorine Chemical was expected to be approved. The total investment was 1.5 million yuan. The project aims to restore the previously reduced production capacity, increasing the annual production capacity of hexafluoropropylene by 2,000 tons, having 2,666.67 tons of tetrafluoroethylene, and producing 17,700 tons of hydrochloric acid and 610 tons of hydrogen fluoride. The project is located in Changshu New Materials Industrial Park.

• Jiangxi Zhongfu Chemical Materials Technology Co., Ltd. On March 30th, Jiangxi Zhongfu Chemical announced the draft of the environmental impact assessment for the renovation project of the fluorine-containing fine chemical products of perfluoroester series in Changle, Jiangxi Province (with significant changes requiring re-submission for approval). This project is of technological renovation nature, with a total investment of 55 million yuan. It will be implemented within the existing factory area, adjusting to produce a total of 4,480 tons of fluorine-containing fine chemicals annually, and eliminating a 4400-ton/year capacity of hexafluoropropane. The main changes this time are the product plan and project name. The project is located in the fluorine salt new materials industrial base of Huichang.

• Hunan Color Chenzhou Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd. On March 27th, the Chenzhou Environmental Protection Bureau accepted and announced the full fluorine polyether oil industrialization expansion project of Hunan Color Chenzhou Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd. This project is a pilot industrialization project with a total investment of 6651.4 million yuan. It is located on the vacant land of the existing factory area in Suixian District. After completion, it can produce 100 tons of full fluorine polyether oil annually. It uses international advanced equipment, with raw materials such as hexafluoropropane, and produces products through processes such as purification, low-temperature polymerization, distillation filtration, and fluorination.

• Shandong Senrong New Materials Co., Ltd. On April 1st, the environmental impact assessment of the PTFE high-frequency high-speed film project of Shandong Senrong New Materials Co., Ltd. is expected to be approved. The project is located in HuanTai County, Zibo City, Shandong Province, with a total investment of 30 million yuan. It will add 30 sets of production equipment based on the existing factory building, using dispersed polytetrafluoroethylene as the raw material, and through multiple processes, it can produce 10,000,000 square meters of PTFE high-frequency high-speed film annually, including winding tapes and high-strength films.

• Fuxin Kaisenmeng Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. On April 1st, the annual production of 20,000 tons of special industrial anti-corrosion fluorine-containing resin project of Fuxin Kaisenmeng Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. has received the environmental impact assessment approval. The project is located in the existing factory area of the fluorine industry zone in Fuxin, Liaoning Province, with a total investment of 30 million yuan. It will add mixing tanks and other equipment based on the idle area of the workshop, and build a production line of 20,000 tons of fluorine-containing resin per year.
