  • Xinzoubang. Xinzoubang disclosed that its fluorine-based solutions are mainly used for cooling in semiconductor manufacturing processes and liquid cooling in data centers. They have been mass-produced and put into use in global semiconductor wafer factories. The liquid cooling business in data centers is still in its early stage and does not yet affect the company's performance. The company currently has an annual production capacity of 5,500 tons of fluorine-based solutions and will expand production significantly through new projects, taking over the replacement and additional demand from overseas manufacturers. At the same time, the company has completed the layout of subsidiaries in multiple locations around the world and established a global sales and service network. In the future, it will continue to deepen its overseas layout and seize the development opportunities of the new energy and fluorine liquid cooling industries.

  • Sanming Haisu Chemical Co., Ltd.  The Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology has approved the energy-saving report of the Sanming Haisu Chemical Co., Ltd. high-end fluorine fine chemical project with an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons. The project has made key progress in obtaining key approvals. The project has a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan and will build 19 production lines, with the layout of high-end fluorine fine products such as hexafluoroisopropanol, hydrogen fluoride ether, and perfluoropolyether coolant. After completion, it will increase the annual production capacity by 30,000 tons. The project is expected to be completed and put into operation in October 2027. The competent authorities require enterprises to strictly implement the energy-saving plan, and the project will be subject to supervision by the provincial and municipal industrial and information departments throughout the process. It must pass the energy-saving acceptance before it can be put into production.

  • Jiujiang Tianzi High-Tech Materials Co., Ltd. On May 8th, the patent for the preparation method of hexafluorophosphoric acid of Jiujiang Tianzi High-Tech Materials was published by the National Intellectual Property Administration. This patent was submitted in November 2024. It synthesizes hexafluorophosphoric acid by reacting oxygen-containing phosphorus compounds with anhydrous fluorine hydride under specific temperature and pressure conditions, which can effectively increase the product yield.

  • Shandong Dongyue Future Hydrogen Energy Materials Co., Ltd. On May 7th, the environmental impact assessment of the two fluorine chemical-related projects of Shandong Dongyue and Zibo Feiyuan in Zibo City was publicly approved by the Zibo Environmental Protection Bureau. Among them, the PFA expansion project of Shandong Dongyue Hydrogen Energy Materials is located in the existing factory, with an investment of 10.5 million yuan. It relies on the existing equipment for renovation and the addition of new equipment, expanding the production capacity of fusible polytetrafluoroethylene to 1,000 tons per year. After completion, the total production capacity will reach 2,000 tons per year, and it is expected to be put into operation in January 2028.

  • Jiangxi Zhongfu Chemical Materials Technology Co., Ltd. On May 11th, the government of Ganzhou proposed to accept the re-submission application for the environmental impact assessment of the renovation project of the all-perfluoroester series of fine fluorine chemicals in Xichang. The project is located in the fluorine salt new materials industrial base of Xichang and is a technological renovation project. The total investment has increased to 55 million yuan. It will be renovated within the existing factory area and the original capacity of hexafluoropropylene will be cancelled. The project adjusts the product plan and name, and plans to produce a total of 4,480 tons of fluorine-based reagents, hexafluoropropylene polymer, special hydrogen fluoride ether and all-perfluoroester series products annually. It optimizes the production capacity structure of perfluoroester sub-products.

  • Shenzhen Xinxing. On the evening of May 11th, Shenzhen Xinxing announced that its third phase project of the 15,000-ton perfluorophosphoric acid lithium production project was completed and officially put into production. The new phase added 7,000 tons of capacity, combined with the 5,800 tons already put into production, the company's total perfluorophosphoric acid lithium production capacity has reached 12,800 tons, and the entire fundraising project has been completed. This production launch will further expand production capacity, support market sales, help the company form a scale effect, and enhance its comprehensive strength and sustainable development ability.

  • Duopufu New Materials Co., Ltd. On May 6th, Duopufu released the second environmental impact assessment public notice for its key material project of 36,000 tons of power lithium battery production. The project is located in the original factory area of Jiaozuo Company and is a renovation project. The total investment is 1.25 billion yuan. The project covers 22 acres and will renovate the original warehouse, build new production lines and supporting facilities, and upgrade the existing gas production section. The project uses phosphorus trichloride, chlorine gas, and hydrogen fluoride as raw materials to produce high-purity pentafluorophosphorus, and further synthesize perfluorophosphoric acid lithium, and is equipped with a complete set of production and environmental protection-related equipment.

  • Inner Mongolia Xinghan New Materials Co., Ltd. On May 11th, the resource comprehensive utilization project of potassium fluoride for fluorine substitution of Inner Mongolia Xinghan New Materials entered the pre-publication stage for environmental impact assessment. The project is located in the existing factory area of the company and is an expansion project. The total investment is 15 million yuan. It will rely on the existing fluorine-silicic acid workshop to build a new production line, with an annual production capacity of 3,000 tons of fluorine-silicic acid potassium, and an additional 8,000 tons of silica dioxide will be produced. It is expected to be completed and put into production in December 2026.

  • Fuxin Qingjiusheng Technology Co., Ltd. On May 9th, Fuxin Qingjiusheng Technology released the first environmental impact assessment public notice for its 14,000-ton perfluorine intermediate production project. This is a re-publication after the project name change. The project is of technological renovation nature, with a total investment of 60 million yuan. It will rely on the existing factory land to renovate the production workshop facilities, and build production and storage facilities. The project plans to produce 15 types of perfluorine intermediates, and the annual production scale after the first phase completion will reach 5,875 tons.

  • Dufu Duodu New Materials Co., Ltd. The environmental impact assessment of the 100-ton high-purity calcium fluoride powder project of Dufu Duodu was released for the second time. The project is a new construction, and it is located in the existing factory area of the company in Jiaozuo. The total investment is 58.5 million yuan. The project will build a new production line using the idle site of the factory and rely on the self-owned electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid to extend the industrial chain. The production process jointly developed by the company has completed pilot testing and can be industrialized. The product purity can reach 99.99%, higher than the domestic conventional level of 99.95%, and is mainly used in the fields of photolithography machines and optical lenses.

  • Changzhi Huojia Industrial Co., Ltd. On May 6th, the completion and environmental protection acceptance of the 10,000-ton/year PVDF technical renovation project of Changzhi Huojia Industrial was released. The project is located in the resin factory No. 2 of the company and has a total investment of 599 million yuan. The main construction includes 1.8 million tons/year R142b, 1.1 million tons/year VDF and 1 million tons/year PVDF production lines, achieving the transformation and upgrading to the new energy material field.
