On April 29th, the Quanzhou City Environmental Protection Bureau publicly announced the proposed approval of the expansion project of Quanzhou Yuji New Materials. The project has a total investment of 36.3 million yuan and is located in Quangang Petrochemical Park. It upgrades multiple sets of fluorine-containing fine chemical production and purification equipment, and partially relies on existing facilities to establish various public utilities. The annual production scale of various products is clearly defined.
Inner Mongolia Yonghe Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd. On April 30th, the first public participation announcement for the 10,000-ton/year expanded project of Inner Mongolia Yonghe Fluorine Chemical was made. The project is located in the company's existing factory area. Through the addition of reactors, towers, drying towers and other equipment and supporting facilities, the production capacity is expanded.
Shandong Deyi New Materials Co., Ltd. On April 30th, the Shandong Deyi New Materials expansion project was publicly announced for approval by the Dezhou Environmental Protection Bureau. The total investment is 205 million yuan. It is located in the existing factory area. A 10,000-ton/year monomer of polyfluorovinylidene and a 5,000-ton/year polyfluorovinylidene production line are newly built, along with supporting public facilities. After commissioning, the total polyfluorovinylidene production capacity of the entire plant will reach 25,000 tons/year.
Zhuhai Saiwei Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. On April 29th, the completion and commissioning time announcement for the electrolyte technology renovation project of Zhuhai Saiwei Electronic Materials was made. The total investment is 10 million yuan. It adds a total capacity of 100.5 tons/year of lithium di-fluoro-dicarboxyphosphate and lithium di-fluoro-phosphate to the existing workshop. The project was completed on April 28th, and the commissioning period is from May 6th to August 5th.
Hubei Reneng Huahui Energy Management Co., Ltd. and Xi'an Jiaotong University. On May 5th, the National Intellectual Property Administration announced that Hubei Reneng Huahui Energy Management Co., Ltd. and Xi'an Jiaotong University jointly applied for the patent (CN121975493A) for R134a as a substitute refrigerant in January 2026. This refrigerant consists of fluorine ethane, 1,1-difluorobenzene, and hexafluoropropylene, offering more environmentally friendly and safer advantages.
Sanming Haifu Chemical Co., Ltd. On April 29th, the environmental protection acceptance announcement for the technical renovation project of the perfluoroalkylene production line of Sanming Haifu Chemical was made. The project investment was 700,000 yuan, optimizing the process within the existing factory area, adjusting the annual production capacity of 1,000 tons of perfluoroalkylene to 500 tons each for perfluoroalkylene and perfluoroalkylene carboxylic acid. The acceptance covered the production line and its supporting auxiliary and environmental protection projects.
ChongQing Ouzhong Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. On April 30th, the Changshui District Environmental Protection Bureau accepted and announced the fluorine-nitrogen mixed gas expansion project of Ouzhong Electronic Materials (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 5 million yuan. It belongs to the expansion of the existing factory area; two electrolytic fluorine production units were added, and the existing equipment was configured for filling, resulting in an additional annual production capacity of 24.13 tons of fluorine-nitrogen electronic-grade mixed gas, with a total production capacity of 48.26 tons per year for the entire factory.
Fujian Yaxin Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. On May 8th, the draft of the environmental impact assessment for the expansion project of the annual production capacity of 40,000 tons of electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid by Fujian Yaxin Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. was announced. The total investment was 218.68 million yuan. The site was selected in the local fluorine new materials industrial park; related production and auxiliary facilities were newly built, and after commissioning, an additional annual production capacity of 40,000 tons of electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid was achieved, along with the flexible support for related products and by-products. The company extended its business to the upstream, improved technology, and enhanced competitiveness. The Wu'an base planned a 40,000-ton annual production capacity of perfluorophosphoric acid lithium, and it was expected to be fully completed by 2028, with a total production capacity reaching 60,000 tons per year.
Shenzhen Xinxing Light Alloy Materials Co., Ltd. On May 6th, Shenzhen Xinxing disclosed: The first and second phases of the 5,800-ton annual production capacity of perfluorophosphoric acid lithium were operating normally, and the third phase with a capacity of 7,200 tons was not yet commissioned; the production and sales of perfluorophosphoric acid lithium in 2025 and the revenue and gross profit increased significantly year-on-year, and there was corresponding sales and revenue for tetrafluoroaluminate potassium; the trifluoroborane project was in the early stage of trial production; in 2026, the company would stabilize the operation of its main products, promote the launch of new products to enhance profitability and market share.
