Gansu Kangbaos Biotechnology Co., Ltd. On April 17th, Ganjiangba Technology Co., Ltd. in Lanzhou New Area Chemical Industrial Park publicly announced the environmental impact assessment report for the high-end pesticide raw material and intermediate product construction project. The total investment of this project is 150 million yuan. It plans to develop 14 products and implement it in three phases. Each phase will respectively layout different pesticide raw materials and intermediate products. The project's auxiliary facilities and environmental protection facilities will rely on the existing engineering.
Hubei Yihua Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd. On April 17th, the first phase of the wet-process phosphoric acid supporting anhydrous hydrogen fluoride project of Hubei Yihua Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd., located in the B Zone of Yaojia Gang Chemical Park in Yichang High-tech Zone, released the public announcement of completion and environmental protection acceptance. This new project has a total investment of 514.5 million yuan. The scope of this acceptance is the first phase of the anhydrous hydrogen fluoride unit and related supporting projects.
Hubei Furui Chemical Co., Ltd. On April 13th, the energy-saving review of the new phosphorus chemical by-product fluorine resource comprehensive utilization and industrial chain extension project of Hubei Furui Chemical Co., Ltd. was approved by the Jingzhou Development and Reform Commission. The project is located in the Lingang Industrial Park of Songzi City, with a total investment of 110 million yuan. It is planned to start construction in April 2026 and be put into production in December of the same year. The project adopts the fluorosilicic acid process, builds a high-purity fluorinated aluminum production unit, with an annual production of 30,000 tons of fluorinated aluminum, can recycle and utilize the by-product fluorine resources of the phosphorus chemical industry, improve the industrial chain and achieve efficient recycling of fluorine resources.
Quzhou Jin Yuan Hongtai Refrigerant Co., Ltd. On April 17th, the environmental protection department of Quzhou accepted and publicly announced the environmental impact assessment document for the technological renovation project of Quzhou Jin Yuan Hongtai Refrigerant Co., Ltd. The total investment of this renovation project is 30 million yuan. It is located in Quzhou Intelligent Manufacturing New City and will dismantle the idle workshop and convert it into a refrigerant warehouse. It will rely on the existing equipment to adjust the product capacity and increase or decrease the production of some fluorinated hydrocarbon products, ultimately forming an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons of environmentally friendly fluorinated hydrocarbons.
Qingliu County Hongzhi Mining Co., Ltd. On April 15th, the Environmental Protection Bureau of Sanming City publicly announced the approval of the expansion and renovation project of Qingliu County Hongzhi Mining Fluorite Fine Powder Concentration Plant. The project has an additional investment of 56 million yuan. It is located in Qingliu County, Sanming City. It will update the beneficiation equipment and build a new flotation production line for processing 120,000 tons of fluorite raw materials per year. The existing 60,000-ton old production line will be phased out.
Jiujiang Tianci High-tech Materials Co., Ltd. On April 17th, the expansion project of Jiujiang Tianci High-tech Materials, which aims to increase annual production of lithium battery additives by 200 tons, entered the stage of pre-publication for environmental impact assessment approval. The project is located in the northern factory area of its Longshan base, with a total investment of 24.5 million yuan. After completion, it will produce 200 tons of di-fluoro-dicarboxylic acid lithium per year.
Sichuan Zhongqi Nengxin New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. On April 20th, the expansion project of Sichuan Zhongqi Nengxin New Materials located in Ya'an Economic Development Zone for high-purity electronic-grade sulfur hexafluoride gas was announced to have completed the environmental protection acceptance monitoring report. The actual investment of the project was 52.32 million yuan. This acceptance is for a production line with an annual output of 5,000 tons of high-purity sulfur hexafluoride and its supporting capacity; after the project is fully completed, it can produce a variety of high-purity electronic fluorine gas products, and simultaneously produce hydrogen fluoride, nickel hydroxide and other by-products.
Foshan Sanfulai New Materials Co., Ltd. Recently, the newly-built project of Foshan Sanfulai New Materials Co., Ltd. located in Shunde Zhifu Garden released a commissioning announcement. The total investment of the project is 1 million yuan, mainly engaged in the production of FEP and PFA plastic pipes. The project started construction in October 2025 and the exhaust facilities were completed in January 2026. Production commissioning was carried out from April 8th to May 6th. The project has been approved with a total annual production capacity of 1,800 tons. Currently, it is in a phased mass production scale.
Fujian Sanming Runxiang New Materials Co., Ltd. On April 22nd, the Environmental Protection Bureau of Sanming City accepted and publicly announced the environmental impact assessment for the expansion project of Fujian Sanming Runxiang New Materials Co., Ltd. The project is located in the Jigou Circular Economy Industrial Park of Sanming City. With a total investment of 35 million yuan, it builds new production lines based on the existing factory layout, and plans to produce 500 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate, 800 tons of electronic-grade lithium fluoride, and 200 tons of sodium fluoride annually.
Zhejiang Juhua Technology Center Co., Ltd. On April 20th, the new trial production platform project for high-performance fluorine-chlorine synthetic resins and special monomers at the Zhejiang Juhua Technology Center in Quzhou Intelligent Manufacturing New City was completed and registered. The total investment of the project is 200.229 million yuan. The project will build a Class C factory, relocate several trial processing devices for fluorine chemicals and special materials, and the construction period will be from May 2026 to June 2027.
Fujian Longfu New Materials Co., Ltd. Recently, the environmental protection acceptance report for the quality improvement and renovation project of electronic-grade anhydrous hydrogen fluoride at Fujian Province Longfu New Materials Co., Ltd. was publicly announced. The project is located in Shanghang County, Longyan City, with a total investment of 30 million yuan. This phase of acceptance involves an investment of 10 million yuan. By adding distillation towers and other equipment to the existing production line, the project aims to achieve a 40,000-ton annual production capacity of electronic-grade anhydrous hydrogen fluoride through purification and upgrading, and is supported by the existing environmental protection facilities.
Zhonglan Coating Technology (Jiangshan) Co., Ltd. On April 20th, the Environmental Protection Bureau of Quzhou City accepted and publicly announced the environmental impact assessment document for the new project of Zhonglan Coatings Technology (Jiangshan) Co., Ltd. The project is located in the Two-New Industrial Park of Jiangshan Economic Development Zone and has a total investment of 376,930,400 yuan. It will build various production, storage and research support buildings, and is planned to produce a variety of products such as fluorocarbon coatings, water-based coatings and FEVE series resins.
Zhejiang Jushi Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd. On April 23rd, Juhua Co., Ltd. released its 2025 annual report, reporting significant growth in both revenue and profits. The substantial increase in performance was mainly attributed to the optimization of the fluorine refrigerant industry landscape, the recovery of demand, and the soaring profits driven by product price hikes. The non-refrigerant chemical products' profits faced pressure, but the refrigerant business drove the company's overall efficiency. Additionally, the company's expansion project for high-end fluorine resins was approved. The total investment scale is huge, and it will be divided into two phases to develop high-end fluorine materials and fluorine fine chemicals, continuously extending the fluorine chemical industry chain.
