Shishuoke Special Polymer (Changshu) Co., Ltd The technical renovation project for the annual production of 12500 tons of polyvinylidene fluoride and 4000 tons of fluororubber by Shishuoke Special Polymer (Changshu) Co., Ltd. has been accepted and announced on March 11, 2026. The project plans to invest 35 million RMB to increase the PVDF production capacity to 12500 tons/year and the fluororubber production capacity to 4000 t/a through technological transformation of the existing production line, and to produce by-products such as hydrochloric acid.

It will start construction in November 2025, be completed in January 2026, and begin commissioning in March. The main focus is on building new R32 production facilities and supporting public works, with a designed annual production capacity of 30000 tons of R32.
