Fujian Keneng New Materials Co., Ltd The new material project of Fujian Keneng New Materials Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 500 million RMB was signed and put into operation in Shunchang County, Fujian Province within two years. Currently, the first phase has been officially put into operation. The first phase of the project can produce hexafluoropropylene oligomers, perfluorohexane and other products annually. The second phase will add electronic fluorinated coolant, etc. After completion, the project can produce 10000 tons of green and environmentally friendly fire extinguishing agents and 8000 tons of electronic fluorinated coolant products annually, aiming to break the foreign monopoly. It is expected that the annual output value will exceed 600 million RMB after full production.
Nanpu Guangke (Suzhou) Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd The electronic chemical research and development project of Nanpu Guangke (Suzhou) Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. has been accepted and announced for approval by the Suzhou Industrial Park Ecological Environment Bureau on January 12, 2026. The project plans to invest 5 million RMB to build an electronic chemical research and development project in Suzhou Industrial Park. It will expand the small-scale equipment for the research and development of products such as triphenylsulfonium trifluoromethanesulfonate, and is expected to be put into operation in April 2026.
Dongying Fuhua Dayuan New Materials Co., Ltd Dongying Fuhua Dayuan New Materials Co., Ltd.'s 10000 t/a high-end fluorine material project supporting tank area expansion project has entered the pre environmental impact assessment approval public announcement stage on January 12, 2026. The project plans to invest 9.4 million RMB to expand and renovate the supporting tank area of the original 10000 t/a high-end fluorine material project. By adding new storage tanks, the tank area capacity will be expanded by 1950 cubic meters to support the production demand of upstream fluorine material projects.

The project plans to invest 100 million RMB and is located at the northern end of Zhongxing Road in Suqian Ecological Chemical Technology Industrial Park (within the existing factory area of Kolaibo Technology). Through technological transformation, a comprehensive production capacity has been formed, including various fluorinated fine chemicals, reagent grade sodium fluoride, and water treatment agents.
Shandong Qifu New Materials Co., Ltd The second phase of the molten fluororesin and fluorine-containing heat exchange fluid project of Shandong Qifu New Materials Co., Ltd. has been accepted and announced by the Zibo Ecological Environment Bureau on September 2, 2025. The project plans to invest approximately 1.032 billion RMB to build a production facility with an annual output of 3000 tons of modified polytetrafluoroethylene, 3000 tons of fluororubber, and 6000 tons of fluorine-containing heat exchange fluid in Gaoqing Chemical Industry Park, Zibo City.
Changshu Sanaifu Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd The project of Changshu Sanaifu Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd., which produces 12000 tons of new refrigerant TKG annually and produces 7900 tons of hydrochloric acid and 6800 tons of hydrofluoric acid as by-products, has been approved for filing on January 14, 2026. The project plans to invest approximately 1.304 billion RMB and will be constructed in two phases in Changshu New Materials Industrial Park, with by-products of hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid.
