The project plans to invest 30 million RMB and construct a pharmaceutical raw material and intermediate production line with an annual output of nearly 1000 tons within the existing factory area by adjusting the layout and adding equipment. It is expected to be completed and put into operation in January 2027.

The project is scheduled to commence in December 2026, constructing a complete production line covering various high-end fluorine materials and supporting intermediates such as polytetrafluoroethylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, perfluoropolyether, etc.

Dashengxin Material Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd Dashengxin Material Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd. plans to invest 25 million RMB to carry out technological transformation of the existing electronic grade hydrofluoric acid project, in order to improve product quality and add a new pure anhydrous hydrogen fluoride product line. The project was accepted and announced by the Ecological Environment Bureau of Binzhou City on December 24, 2025.

Xinzhoubang Xinzhoubang announced on December 31, 2025 that it plans to invest no more than 200 million RMB to build the second phase of a lithium-ion battery material project in the Szylum Industrial Park in Poland. The project will add 50000 t/a of lithium battery electrolyte production capacity through technological transformation of the tank area in the first phase of the project and the construction of a new electrolyte workshop, in order to strengthen its localized supply capacity in the European market.

The project has entered the stage of environmental impact assessment acceptance and public announcement on December 30, 2025.
Sichuan Zhongfeneng New Material Technology Co., Ltd The high-purity electronic grade gas capacity expansion and technical renovation project of Sichuan Zhongfu Energy New Material Technology Co., Ltd. has been supplemented and announced on January 4, 2026. The project plans to expand the sulfur hexafluoride and nitrogen trifluoride production lines in stages and build a new ultra pure ammonia production line. After completion, the annual products will include 13000 tons of sulfur hexafluoride, 2300 tons of nitrogen trifluoride, and 4000 tons of ultra pure ammonia.
Hebei Jiutai Chemical Co., Ltd Hebei Jiutai Chemical Co., Ltd. plans to invest 200 million RMB to build a new project in Ningjin County Economic Development Zone with an annual output of 40000 tons of difluorosulfonyl imide and 60000 tons of dichlorosulfonyl imide. The project will be constructed in two phases and is expected to be fully completed and put into operation by August 2027, with a large amount of hydrochloric acid produced as a byproduct.

The project entered the pre environmental impact assessment approval stage on January 7, 2026.

Chizhou Tianci High tech Materials Co., Ltd Chizhou Tianci High tech Materials Co., Ltd. plans to invest 315 million RMB to carry out technological transformation and expansion of the existing 150000 ton lithium battery new material project, forming a total production capacity of 280000 tons of liquid lithium hexafluorophosphate per year. The full version of the environmental impact assessment report (draft for comments) for this project was publicly released on January 7, 2026.
