The project details are as follows: the planned investment is 36.3 million RMB, which will be used to upgrade the existing perfluoroisobutyronitrile and other equipment and extend the upstream industrial chain. At the same time, a 500 t/a tetrafluoropropene equipment and multiple sets of hundred ton fluorine-containing fine chemical purification equipment will be built.
lHaohua Gas Co., Ltd The semiconductor etching gas project of Haohua Gas Co., Ltd. has passed the environmental impact assessment approval on December 1st. The project has a total investment of 135 million RMB and will construct a production facility within the existing factory area, with an annual production capacity of 1440 tons of electronic grade etching gas. The products include 400t/a of electronic grade hydrogen bromide, 30t/a of electronic grade boron trifluoride, 50t/a of electronic grade monofluoromethane, 60t/a of electronic grade difluoromethane, 200t/a of electronic grade trifluoromethane, 100t/a of electronic grade hexafluoroethane, 400t/a of electronic grade octafluorocyclobutane, and 200t/a of electronic grade hexafluorobutadiene. The by-products include 100t/a of 40% hydrobromic acid and 1.919t/a of 99.6% boron trifluoride.

The specific situation of the project is as follows: the planned investment is 20 million RMB, and the existing factory and equipment will be utilized to form a production capacity of 500 tons of electronic grade coolant per year.

The project will add a difluorochloromethane production line and renovate the existing PVDF production line to produce THV and ETFE copolymers, with a total investment of 111 million yuan. It is expected to start production in October 2026.

On December 9th, the project entered the pre approval stage of environmental assessment.

The existing building will be used to renovate the original 1000 ton special hydrofluoroether-578E production line into an annual 980 ton perfluorinated ester series product. Currently, it has entered the first stage of environmental impact assessment public announcement.

The project details are as follows: a planned investment of 20.4 million yuan will be made to implement a comprehensive utilization technology renovation project for fluorine-containing wastewater in the existing factory area of Anning City. The project will involve the construction of a new lithium extraction and cryolite co production white carbon black device to recycle lithium and fluoride resources from production wastewater, achieve resource recycling, and cancel the originally planned section for producing anhydrous hydrofluoric acid from fluorosilicic acid according to the plan.
