lInner Mongolia Yuanhong Fine Chemical Co., Ltd     Inner Mongolia Yuanhong Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. plans to invest 200 million RMB to implement the fourth phase of the project, which will build multiple production lines including FPV, LCV, 1,2,4-trifluorobenzene, YH811, and adjacent (para) fluorophenol in the existing factory area, forming an annualproduction capacity of 300 tons of YH811 and other products.

lJiangxi Fuli New Energy Materials Technology Co., Ltd    Jiangxi Fuli New Energy Material Technology Co., Ltd. plans to invest 1.2 billion RMB to build a new energy project with an annual output of 50000 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate (Phase II) in Leping Industrial Park. The project will have an annual production capacity of 20000 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate and 20000 tons of phosphorus pentachloride, as well as produce ordinary hydrochloric acid and electronic grade hydrochloric acid as by-products.

lHunan Fubang New Materials Co., Ltd    The expansion project of Hunan Fubon New Materials Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 10000 tons of lithium difluorosulfonyl imide has obtained environmental impact assessment approval on November 14th. The total investment of this project is 223 million RMB, and it will be constructed in two phases: the first phase will build a 3000 t/a production line, and the second phase will build a 7000 t/a production line, along with supporting facilities such as sulfur dioxide transmission pipelines. The 1600 t/a production capacity that was not originally planned will no longer be implemented.

lChina Shipbuilding (Handan) Perry Special Gas Co., Ltd   China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (Handan) Perry Special Gas Co., Ltd. plans to invest approximately 3.8257 million RMB to implement an annual production capacity of 200 tons of high-purity hexafluorobutadiene expansion project in the existing factory area. Through technological transformation of the existing production line, crude hexafluorobutadiene will be used as raw material to form high-purity product production capacity after distillation and purification.

lXinzhoubang    Xinzhoubang disclosed on the interactive platform that its subsidiary Hankang Electronic Materials currently has a VC production capacity of about 10000 tons, with an under construction capacity of 5000 tons expected to be put into operation in the second half of 2026; At the same time, the company has invested in Shilei Fluorine Materials to lay out lithium hexafluorophosphate, with an existing production capacity of 24000 tons per year. After the completion of the technological transformation by the end of 2025, the production capacity will reach 36000 tons per year. The company also stated that the current rise in raw material prices is gradually spreading to electrolyte products.

lYongtai Technology     The annual production of 5000 tons of lithium battery additive VC project by Inner Mongolia Yongtai Chemical Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yongtai Technology, passed the trial production review on November 17 and officially entered the trial production stage. After the project is put into operation, the company's total VC production capacity will be increased to 10000 tons per year, further consolidating its market position in the field of lithium battery materials. The company also disclosed that its lithium hexafluorophosphate has a production capacity of 18000 tons per year.

lTianji Corporation    On November 17th, Tianji Shares announced on the investor interaction platform that the company's current total production capacity of lithium hexafluorophosphate is 37000 tons per year. After the completion of the second phase of the fundraising project, the company's total production capacity of lithium hexafluorophosphate will be 52000 tons per year. Currently, the construction of the second phase project's factory and public works has been completed.

lRuitai New Materials   Ruitai New Materials stated on the investor interaction platform that the company has a total production capacity of over 2000 tons of lithium salt additives, including lithium difluorophosphate, lithium bis (trifluoromethanesulfonyl) imide, etc. The LiTFSI production capacity can meet the current market demand, and pointed out that solid-state batteries still need to be developed in various technological routes.

lShandong Dongyue Polymer Materials Co., Ltd    On November 18th, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Zibo City made an approval decision and public announcement on the 200 t/a electronic fluorine liquid project of Shandong Dongyue Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. The project has an investment of 11 million RMB and will utilize existing workshops to produce perfluorotriphenylamine or perfluorotributylamine, which can be flexibly switched according to market demand. Meanwhile, on November 17th, the bureau also made corresponding environmental impact assessment approval decisions for the fuel cell membrane technology renovation project and perfluoromethyl ether copolymer project under the same group.

lShandong Dongyue Future Hydrogen Energy Materials Co., Ltd   Shandong Dongyue Future Hydrogen Materials Co., Ltd. plans to invest 5 million RMB to renovate a project with an annual output of 50 tons of perfluoromethyl ether copolymer in the existing northern factory area. It will add 30 sets of production equipment and is expected to be completed and put into operation in December 2027.

lShandong Dongyue Future Hydrogen Energy Materials Co., Ltd    Shandong Dongyue Future Hydrogen Materials Co., Ltd. plans to invest 10 million RMB to implement a fuel cell membrane technology renovation project. By adding new equipment, the deep processing capacity of perfluorosulfonic acid resin will be increased by 140 tons per year, bringing the total production capacity to 200 tons per year.
