The first phase of the project involves an investment of 500 million RMB to build an annual production capacity of 20000 tons of electronic grade hydrofluoric acid and 30000 tons of anhydrous aluminum fluoride. It is planned to have production conditions by December. The project adopts advanced technology, and electronic grade hydrofluoric acid products can reach UP-SSS (G5) level. The second phase will also plan high-end product lines such as lithium hexafluorophosphate.
lLanzhou Kangpeng Technology Co., Ltd The project of Lanzhou Kangpeng Technology Co., Ltd. Fluorinated New Material Production Base (Storage Facilities) started construction on June 26, 2025. The total investment of the project is 60 million RMB, covering an area of 52.8 acres. It will build new Class C and Class A warehouses, Class E tank areas and other storage facilities, aiming to improve the supporting functions of its fluorinated new material production base. The project will implement the construction of a production line with an annual output of 300 tons of 2.3-difluorophenyl ether, 100 tons of 2.3-difluorophenyl butyl ether, 200 tons of 2.3-difluoro-4-ethoxyphenol, 30 tons of 1-ethoxy-2,3-difluoro-4- ((4-propylcyclohexyl) methoxy) benzene M5286, and 150 tons of 2-trifluoromethyl-4-chloroaniline, which can be achieved in normal years. The sales revenue was 140 million RMB, with an average annual increase in tax revenue of 54.41 million RMB and a net profit of 63.49 million RMB.

The actual total investment of the project is 744 million RMB, and production facilities have been built with an annual output of 20000 tons of tetrafluoroethylene, 10671 tons of hexafluoropropene, 3000 tons of perfluoroethylene propylene, etc. Among them, all intermediates such as difluorochloromethane are self used, and some products are sold externally.
lJuhua Juyuan Mining The annual production of 200000 tons of fluorite ore project by Juhua Juyuan Mining is accelerating and is expected to be completed and put into operation before June 30, 2026. The project is located in Kaihua County, Zhejiang Province, with a total investment of 415 million RMB. The total investment of the project is 100 million RMB, and the designed mining scale is to produce 100000 tons of fluorite ore annually. The underground mining method is adopted, and the proven amount of calcium fluoride resources in the mining area is 450000 tons, with a service life of over 10 years.

lTianji Corporation The company is promoting the industrialization of solid-state battery patents and has completed small-scale trials. Currently, the total production capacity of lithium hexafluorophosphate is 37000 tons per year, of which the first phase of the fundraising project with 15000 tons has been put into operation, the second phase of the factory building is waiting for equipment purchase, and 6000 tons of high-purity lithium fluoride will enter the trial production stage in February 2025. The product price will be flexibly adjusted according to long-term agreements and market prices.
