The project will set up three 25000 t/a production lines for phosphorus pentafluoride, and rely on existing public and auxiliary facilities to ultimately form a production capacity of 75000 tons of phosphorus pentafluoride per year.
lChangqing (Hubei) Biotechnology Co., Ltd Changqing (Hubei) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. plans to invest 94.7919 million RMB to implement an expansion project in the existing factory area of Yaojiagang Chemical Park B in Yichang, and build a new production line with an annual output of 500 tons of bis (trifluoromethanesulfonyl) imide. The project will also undergo technological transformation of the existing Phase I and Phase III production lines, producing by-products such as ethyl acetate and ammonium chloride.
lShandong Zhongrou New Materials Co., Ltd Shandong Zhongrou New Materials Co., Ltd. plans to invest 12 million RMB to implement a renovation and expansion project in Bincheng Chemical Industry Park, Binzhou City. By transforming and utilizing some equipment in the original hexafluoroepichlorohydrin section, the annual production capacity of hexafluoroisopropanol will be increased from 500 tons to 950 tons, and the by-product of 30% hydrofluoric acid will be 50 tons per year.
lSanming Zhuoyue Fluorosilicon Co., Ltd Sanming Zhuoyue Fluorosilicon Co., Ltd. plans to invest 30 million RMB to implement a renovation and expansion project in Zone D of Mingxi County Industrial Concentration Zone. The project will build new production lines for 225 tons of 1-hydroxybenzotriazole (HOBT), 49 tons of 2- (7-aminobenzotriazole) - N, N ', N' - tetramethylurea hexafluorophosphate (HATU), 125 tons of O-benzotriazole tetramethylurea hexafluorophosphate (HBTU), and 126 tons of O-benzotriazole N, N ', N' - tetramethylurea tetrafluoroborate (TBTU).
lHenan Qinyuanchun New Materials Co., Ltd Henan Qinyuanchun New Materials Co., Ltd. plans to invest 300 million yuan to implement an expansion project in Qinbei Park, Qinyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiaozuo City. The project will build a production line with an annual output of 2000 tons of trimethyl phosphite and 1000 tons of triethyl phosphite, and can also produce 3500 tons of ammonium chloride as a by-product.

The revenue growth was mainly due to the release of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride production capacity and a significant increase in sales volume of Jin'ebo Fluorine Chemical. It will build new production facilities and purchase more than 60 sets of equipment, forming an annual production capacity of 1000 tons of heptafluorobromopropane. The related public works will rely on the existing facilities. The project completed the public announcement of the completion of environmental protection facilities on July 31st.
lShandong Qifu New Materials Co., Ltd At the beginning of 2025, the Investment Promotion Bureau of Zibo City announced the project content: Shandong Qifu New Materials Co., Ltd. plans to invest 500 million RMB to build a new fluorine-containing cooling liquid and semiconductor fluorine-containing polymer project for data centers, mainly to build 2000 t/a of hexafluoropropylene dimer, 2000 t/a of perfluorohexane, 2000 t/a of hexafluoropropylene trimer, 3000 t/a of peroxide vulcanized fluororubber (Phase I 1500 t/a), and 3000 t/a of modified polytetrafluoroethylene (Phase I 1500 t/a).
lHubei Hengxin Chemical Co., Ltd Hubei Hengxin Chemical Co., Ltd. plans to invest 20 million RMB to implement a technological transformation project in the existing factory area of Saifu Industrial Park in Yingcheng Economic Development Zone. By adding 6 sets of electrolysis devices and upgrading the automation control system, the company will have an annual production capacity of 30 tons of perfluorotripropylamine, 50 tons of perfluorohexane, and 20 tons of perfluoropropane disulfonyl fluoride. This project relies on existing factories and public facilities, aiming to improve the automation level and energy efficiency of the electrolytic fluorination production line.
lJiangxi Liwen Chemical Co., Ltd On August 19th, the Ruichang Ecological Environment Bureau of Jiujiang City announced the announcement of Jiangxi Liwen Chemical Co., Ltd.'s annual production of 10000 tons of hexafluoropropene project: a new set of 10000 tons of hexafluoropropene production unit (by-product 1000 t/a of octafluorocyclobutane), as well as production supporting facilities and a restaurant in the front area of the factory will be built in the factory area of Liwen Industrial City, Ruichang City, Jiangxi Province. lSichuan Hongxin New Materials On August 20th, the Emergency Management Department of Sichuan Province held an expert review meeting for the safety conditions of the Red Core Phase I project (special fluoride project). The total planned investment for this project is 1 billion RMB, mainly for the construction of production lines for high-purity chlorine trifluoride and high-purity fluorine nitrogen gas, with a focus on breakthroughs in cutting-edge material preparation technologies in the fields of semiconductors and new energy storage.

The target product is highly selective, the catalyst life is long, and the synthesis route is simple, efficient and green.
